For use on carpets pet bedding, furniture, clothing and hard surfaces. Always test a small hidden area for color fastness first. Soak up and remove as much of stain as possible then thoroughly soak stain with cleaner. On carpets and fabrics scrub lightly form edges inward. Wait a minute to allow enzymes to work then blot with dry cloth. For urine stains on carpet it is important to thoroughly soak all layers including padding beneath carpet. Allow to dry. If stain is not completely removed after drying, soak area again, scrub with bristle brush and wait one hour before blotting dry.

One sealed packet was empty

I used one packet to try to eliminate a cat urine smell from my carpet that I have tried many products on, none of which have totally worked. This one made almost no difference at all to my carpet, and not only that, but one of the two packets of the cleaner concentrate that it came with was totally empty. Sealed, but no concentrate in it at all. This product would probably be fine for stains, but if you're looking for a strong odor remover I would not recommend.

The two packets and plastic bottle is a waste every time I order it. Should be able to order just the packets. Does great on smell. Not so great in stains.

Like to concentrated formula, not paying for water

the product hasn't worked as well as I had hoped. However, I am trying to remove old cat urine stains and smell. perhaps nothing work. Not my cats.

Works well. I have tile floors, and nothing seemed to take the smell of urine (I'm in the process of housebreaking a puppy) from the floors. Just wish they offered refills for the spray bottle.

Easy to mix/use

It is a You-mix-it product but all you do is pour the liquid pouch in the spray bottle and add water. The product works very well at getting odors out of the carpet. Haven't tried it for stain removal as we have stain resistant carpet, but it is nice to know it does this if it is needed.
