I purchased 2 of the Neko Flies Rods and have had them for over a month now. I have other wand toys to compare it with. Pros; it's made well, it's comfortable to grip, the flies are easily attached to the wand. Cons; the clip that attaches to the wand makes noises that distracts my cat from playing and I had to tape it to silence it, the toy that it's made for (Neko Flies) is hard to manipulate when playing, the string is so light that it doesn't allow for making the toy "act" like a bug. I suppose that would follow under the Flies reviews but my cat LOVES the toy itself. As a whole, the entire toy is not easy to control. My cat loves the Neko Flies cat toys. I like that the rod is a high quality and the flies are interchangeable. All of the other rods we've purchased from other companies have fallen apart much faster.

As soon as I put it together the cats went crazy for it and started playing with it right away. The string broke within an hour. I expected more for the price of the toy. I called chewy.com and they are shipping another to replace it with no issues so that's great!

My cats loved it but it broke within 2 days! Wish they had a better product

Neko knows what they're doing. This rod is extremely sturdy and the flies can take a serious beating. The flies are so tempting that even my 16.5 yo cat plays with them and she pretty much sleeps 23.75 hrs a day. And my younger cat goes ballistic for the flies. Highly recommend Neko and I tell everyone cat owner I know about them.

This rod is very durable yet lightweight. Just what I was looking for!

My cat simply loves playing with toys when they are attached to this rod.The wire with the swivel hook really makes whatever toy I have attached move in such a way that my cat goes nuts. My only problem is that I am "made" to play every night, even after a long day at work. Can a cat like a toy too much?

The stick is long and sturdy, and the flies clip on/off easily. Neko flies are the best toy I've purchased for my cat!
