Neoally Elbow & Shoulder Brace
Just received Hunter’s Neoally Elbow & shoulder Protector and Hunter seems to really like the protector. Hunter has a swollen knee/joint on his front leg and the protector seems to help protect the swollen area from hard surfaces and seems to help support his leg. Hunter does not have any problem walking with the protector on. Hunter weighs 65 pounds and his knee joint measures 7.8 “. Hunter is Boxer mixed and the medium fits his perfect. Thank you Chewy for such FAST service. I ordered this yesterday and received the order TODAY!!
Works, but already wearing out after 6 weeks
This product does what I want it to do. I only wish it weren't already showing signs of coming apart. At this rate, it won't be effective soon. My dog wears this only during the day, and it's only been 6 weeks, but the threads are starting to come apart in the most important spot. I'll include photo. If anyone at Chewey wants to make this right, please contact me.
Excellent product
My dog had developed an elbow hygroma and this protector is perfect. It stays on very well and protects his elbows. I like how easy it is to take on and off with velcro instead of pulling onto the legs. I highly recommend this product.
Great help for my lab
My 6 year old lab has significant arthritis and recently hurt her front elbow. She was not putting any weight thru it and it is either nerve damage or her arthritis. We ordered the brace to see if it would give her the support she needed, it has helped a great deal. She is still limping but it helps her have more stability and she is able to put more weight thru the elbow than without it. While it's not a cure, it is certainly a great help and worth the price!
Needs additional measurements to ensure fit
I purchased the brace for both legs. The measurements for fit only ask you to measure the elbow. The manufacturer needs to include a measurement for the chest. There is a strap that goes around the chest and it was nowhere near long enough. It's unfortunate because otherwise it looks like a nice brace.
Great Product
Our 10 1/2-year-old yellow lab has arthritis in both elbows. He loves his elbow protectors. Have seen a big change in how he walks when at the dog park every day.
Short Legs Corgi
Followed instructions on sizing. The support fit around leg but was way to long and covered paws. Corgis Rule!
Ripped immediately
Tried 2 versions. Neither lasted the week. Waste of $80
Best purchase
My 13-year-old terrier right leg gives out by the elbow so I purchase this immediately she walks fine and one a few days pass I took it off and it seemed to improve her leg. So I will put this brace on every few days.
Seam ripped after 36 hrs
I am so disappointed b/c it is exactly what we need to keep the elbow padding on our 11yr old golden retriever. I patiently waited 4 days to get it and after 36 hours of use- the neoprene is ripping from the thin binding. The concept is good but design isn’t quite right. We need it, so I am going to try and reinforce it using a deconstructed “koozie”
