Waste of money - total trash

The pieces do not match the instructions. I attempted to put it together anyways - how hard can it be right? Well, when they put half of the wrong parts in the box, it is impossible. And the solution- submit a "ticket" in which they will respond in 7-10 business days. Now I have a hunk of broken junk that I have to throw in the garbage.
I returned it

The holes for the screws did not line up from piece to piece. Very flimsy. I bought supplies to build a wooden one from scratch and spent less money. Do it yourself and spare yourself a headache. I do appreciate the easy return process.
Will work well for my (non-chicken) birds :)

I purchased this as an enclosure for my parakeets so they can safely forage in the grass, enjoy some sunshine and fresh air, and possibly interact with some of the wild jays, cardinals and finches in my yard. To complete the outdoor playpen for my birds, I plan to add some perches and food/water bowls to add to their comfort, and will also staple a section of canvas over part of the enclosure to provide shade.
The most important reason why I bought this pen was to minimize the risk of harm to my birds by any predatory animals (my backyard is visited by everything from hawks, foxes, to even the occasional coyote). This enclosure is not 100% predator-proof, especially since it has no wire on the bottom. I would never leave a bird of any size in this enclosure overnight - a coyote or fox would, with enough time, eventually find its way into this enclosure. But - since I only plan on having the birds in it during the day, and will not be leaving them in it without supervision, this enclosure works perfectly for my needs. It is incredibly spacious for my little birds. It is boxy and heavy enough that it cannot be easily tipped over, and the frame and mesh fencing is strong enough to offer the birds protection from any sneak attack an animal might attempt if I step into the house for a minute or two.
I like that the pen is made of a plastic composite material, it should add years to the life of the enclosure.… more

This chicken pen is made cheaply. The screens are stapled. The pen is flimsy. I would not trust leaving my chickens in this pen. To easy for Raccoons and other predators.
Easy to put together even with some numbers missing on some of the parts.
If it was not so much trouble to take apart and send back I would. I have wasted my money on this and the Chick coop. Maybe the Nashville Humane society can use them indoors. I can not use either here on my farm Thank you
Not just for chickens

I actually got this for my cats to enjoy being outside and secure without a harness and leash, which they don't mind. It's portable and roomy for any small pet. Indoors or out.
Kind of cheap

We bought this to use for introducing our baby chicks to our adults. It's very flimsy and will definitely need reinforced. I thought for the price it would be decent quality. It will work for now but I am definitely going to try to build my own next time.
Not the Same as Pictured

My panels were not the same as pictured and 2 of them were built wrong. It comes with plastic screws and bolts and so I had to buy screws to connect properly. Also, I had to reinforce it cause the metal mesh is only secured by a few staples and I could fit my hand through the sides. So, buyer beware unless you don’t mind a little more work than expected.

This pen is perfect for our pullets that are not quite old enough to be released with the rest of our free-roaming hens. It's well built, sturdy, easy to assemble and won't rot. Once we're finished using it, we can disassemble and save it for the next bunch. Love it!
Very flimsy, but okay for temporary use.

It’s incredibly light weight, so if you want to use it outdoors, you will absolutely have to secure it in every way possible against predators and the weather. Just from assembling it, some of the screen popped off. It’s only held on by a few tiny staples that actually crushed the plastic when they stapled them in, so it comes loose in a lot of sections. It looks nice when assembled. It will work okay for my few quail as a temporary pen once I reenforce it. But I would not recommend for a long term use. Also, I would never keep full sized chickens in this for more than a temporary quarantine pen. Best used for the smallest of poultry.
