Parts didn’t fit

Well when the crate came I was very excited but as I started laying out the pieces I realized the directions made very little sense . So I went a head and assembled it as it wasn’t rocket science but 4 fittings were too big for the pre drilled whole so I couldn’t attach the sliding doors. I emailed the manufacturer but because of government shut downs (China) they said it could be 8-10 weeks before they mail out the pieces. I have a puppy ,it was needed immediately. I did order a similar style same manufacturer just different distributer and that too had pieces put on backwards from manufacturer. We luckily were able to fix that one the way we needed it to be to assemble it . do not waste your money

The picture shows what appears to be a sturdy structure to house your pet. The product is not what it appears to be. My chocolate lab took one day to break through the door. I would not waste the money on this product.

Very well made and extremely easy to assemble. Directions were very simple and it took me 20 minutes to assemble on my own.
