    Would not eat

    By on

This is the first time our rescue Bella would not eat her wet food. She just does not like this for some reason. That is not to say another dog would feel the same. She has eaten Newman's Own canned food before just never this flavor.

Cannot wait to eat her Newman's OWN

    By on

Our dog is a picky eater, so when we discovered Newman's Own on sale at our local supermarket we tried it and she loved it and now we order it from CHEWY's as our order of choice. It is like an appetizer so she then will eat her vet formula dry food...but she licks the bowl several times after this absolute treat! this and the lamb!

the cans did not get bigger and the food did not get better - seems alot to pay for a stew in a can 1/2 is water.

Our 15 year old likes it

    By on

I have been trying different brands trying to find something that our 15 year old dog would eat. She has gotten very picky in her old age. We have been cooking stew beef and hamburger for her but wanted something else to be able to feed her. Miss “Picky” likes it as a topping on her senior kibble! I also like that the Newmans brand gives to charities.

    Chewy Newman!

    By on

Started buying Newman's Premium Stew using monthly delivery service from Chewy a few months ago. DUKE is now the happiest dog on earth. Great food and Chewy customer service is great as well. All I need to do is say "Newman" and Duke heads for his bowl. 350 calories per can is awesome as too.

    Very watery

    By on

My dog likes it but it’s very watery. She seems to like the plain Beef one better. It’s already mush and easy to lick.

    Yummy in my tummy!

    By on

My two dogs absolutely love this dog food. It is so close to homemade, I am excited to give it to them.

    Another winner from Newman.

    By on Top 250 Contributor

Although this isn't quite as popular as Newman's lamb stew, it is still well received. It is easy to serve, with an ample (too ample?) amount of gravy and obvious vegetables and meat and a not-unpleasant odor.

    Beef Liver Stew

    By on

Well, it's really soupy, but my GSD, Max LOVES it, munches it right up, even more than the beef stew so I am going to say it is a hit. I don't think you are getting your money's worth as much because there is so much liquid, but the dogs really love it. I will definitely be buying it again. I have noticed a difference in the batches of the Beef Stew as far as the consistency, so this might change too?? I always love the Organic Brands too.
