Guys! Let me tell you the secret of a successful litter box. I have tried everything- from clay, clumping, non clumping, worlds best, feline pine, etc etc.... so trust me when I say these two cat litters will bury your worries away. This next gen litter mixed with Almo nature unscented clumping grass Guys! Let me tell you the secret of a successful litter box. I have tried everything- from clay, clumping, non clumping, worlds best, feline pine, etc etc.... so trust me when I say these two cat litters will bury your worries away. This next gen litter mixed with Almo nature unscented clumping grass litter is the combo. Minimal tracking, the best clumps I’ve ever scooped, no stinky urine smells, and my cats are good with it too! (I know they are because if they aren’t happy with a litter they’ll try to bring little towels or bags into the box to bury their deeds). The green tea scent is amaaaaazing. … more

    Not Good, Don't Buy

By Bailey on Sep 4, 2020

So this litter is terrible at clumping after day 1. It also reeks of ammonia. If I had gotten this at the dollar store I wouldn't be so upset, but this is expensive! I've tried tons of natural and unnatural litters, and this is hands-down the absolute worst litter I've ever purchased.

    Not the greatest

    By on

It doesn't do a great job on odor control. It also doesn't clump very well. When it spills out of the litter box (or the dogs dump it over!) it breaks apart pretty easily. I want to be easy on the environment, but this one won't work for me. I will be trying others.

    Tracking Nightmare

    By on

The litter controls odor as described but because of the size of the pellets it’s a tracking nightmare. My cats manage to track it all over the house. I was shocked at how much it tracks.

    Not much climping going on

    By on Top 250 Contributor

The cats don't seem to mind this pellet style litter, which is a bit unusual for them, I was disappointed with the clumping aspect. It left a lot to be desired. Not my first choice, but would do in a pinch.

Kernels too big for most scoopers, gets very dusty.

    By on

The kernels are so large that they don't filter well through most scoopers. The clumping is not great, but acceptable. But be aware that after a couple of weeks or less this litter breaks down and becomes very dusty. My kitten comes out of the box with dust all over his face and he is sneezing frequently because of it. He's a sensitive little guy. Guess it'll be back to silica or clay litter for us. It's a shame, because I did find that this litter smelled quite nice on its own and also hid kitty smells very well.

    This isn't it.

As a cat sanctuary, we put a lot of products to the test and we're always trying new products. This litter has a very pleasant, earthy smell and handles odors well. The shape of the litter is the exact same shape and size of Halo brand, dry cat food. It's not a huge "pellet" but it does require a large-hole, litter scoop. Tracking isn't terrible because the litter is on the larger size. However, this isn't a heavy weight litter, so it still ends up outside the box - just as all litters do. There is very little dust. In fact, far less dust than our current brand, World's Best Cat Litter. Unfortunately clumping is very poor - regardless of the cat who used the box or they way they eliminate. We really (really!) wanted to like this litter because it smells so nice but after two weeks of testing, we won't purchase it again. If it doesn't clump or stay intact, it doesn't work for us. … more
