Guys! Let me tell you the secret of a successful litter box. I have tried everything- from clay, clumping, non clumping, worlds best, feline pine, etc etc.... so trust me when I say these two cat litters will bury your worries away. This next gen litter mixed with Almo nature unscented clumping grass Guys! Let me tell you the secret of a successful litter box. I have tried everything- from clay, clumping, non clumping, worlds best, feline pine, etc etc.... so trust me when I say these two cat litters will bury your worries away. This next gen litter mixed with Almo nature unscented clumping grass litter is the combo. Minimal tracking, the best clumps I’ve ever scooped, no stinky urine smells, and my cats are good with it too! (I know they are because if they aren’t happy with a litter they’ll try to bring little towels or bags into the box to bury their deeds). The green tea scent is amaaaaazing. … more

    Not Good, Don't Buy

By Bailey on Sep 4, 2020

So this litter is terrible at clumping after day 1. It also reeks of ammonia. If I had gotten this at the dollar store I wouldn't be so upset, but this is expensive! I've tried tons of natural and unnatural litters, and this is hands-down the absolute worst litter I've ever purchased.

    Good non-clumping litter

    By on

It sort of clumps urine making scooping it easier than a regular non-clumping. Green tea fragrance isn’t overpowering, when wet is more pronounced but just enough you notice it’s probably wet. Not much help for my fur-babies nuclear poo odor but I’ve found that common across all litters.

Works, but not the best smell absorbtion

    By on

I've been using this product for months, and I buy the big bag at my local pet store, I go through it quite fast and it's expensive compared to other brands. However, that is not the product's fault as I like the idea of natural littler that isn't made with chemicals and such. # The good; It is low dust, lowest I've ever used. # the Bad; it Doesn't clump the best pellets are too big, it would be better if smaller. The green tea I cannot smell at all, and doesn't control odor good. # conclusion; Maybe the green tea smells strong to you, maybe it will control odor for you, but for me it's just an acceptable natural cat litter and does the job of clumping around pee and poop.

    Green Tea For The Win!

    By on

So I did a trial of 4 different cat litters. This one was awesome managed odors and the cats didn't mind using. The only reason I gave four stars was it was hard to scoop up urine, and the price is a little steep. Otherwise love it!

    Five-star litter!!

    By on

So why did I rate it only 4-stars? Because the cost is ridiculous. CHEWY used to sell it for 10.99...then it skyrocketed to 14.99. This is fantastic litter--minimal dust, great on odor control, no noxious smells from the litter itself, low-tracking compared to finer grained litter, and it weighs nothing because it is kind of a 'puffed' litter (no more hurting myself hauling heavy boxes or bags of litter). But the cost. Really? I wish it was carried other places to increase the competition.

    Smells Good

    By on

I love this cat litter so much! It smells so good and has very little dust. I had to switch to a dust free litter because my cat has a cardiac and respiratory issues. After switching to this litter the results have been amazing and I was able to take her off steroid meds which is awesome. The litter does break apart easily sometimes but overall I think the clumping is pretty good for a non clay litter. I will say it does track and my cat refused to use the litter for about 1.5 months but now we have no problems.

    Almost perfect

    By on

Good absorption and durability, it just tracks a lot because it's so lightweight. Almost a perfect litter. AND NOW, hopefully Chewy censors will not cut this part out (disappointingly, they did so with my last review), I did notice that since "Petsmart" takeover, shipping is slower, tax is being charged and some food refills (i.e."Petguard") take forever. No offense, but if on top of that I get censored like we live in China, I will start shopping elsewhere. Thank you for (hopefully) upholding the freedom of speech.

I love it, my cat accepts it

    By on

I love this litter! Smells are completely masked, clumps nicely (but will break if shaken hard enough), very low dust, and easy to sweep up. My only complaint is that my scoopers holes are not big enough to drop out the extra unused litter in each scoop. My cat is indoor/outdoor (don't shoot me) and will use the litter box if unable to go out but now greatly prefers to go outside over the box. He will even run to be let out with our dogs to go (and even comes in when they do which is cute but irrelevant ;) In hind sight I wish I would have gently eased him into the litter as he has not appreciated the last 2 litter changes I have done. He started off with "Arm and Hammer" pine/corn etc I love this litter! Smells are completely masked, clumps nicely (but will break if shaken hard enough), very low dust, and easy to sweep up. Now using this green tea blend which as I said he tolerates but doesn't necessarily appreciate the same way I do. He may also just be fed up with my indecisiveness. Lucky for him this one is a keeper in my book! … more

kitties like & it smells nice

    By on

I was a little skepitcal if any of our cats would use this as they didn't like that other pine litter. I was pleasantly surprised that they all went for it - it is not like the pine pellets and it has a great fresh smell.
