Guys! Let me tell you the secret of a successful litter box. I have tried everything- from clay, clumping, non clumping, worlds best, feline pine, etc etc.... so trust me when I say these two cat litters will bury your worries away. This next gen litter mixed with Almo nature unscented clumping grass litter is the combo. Minimal tracking, the best clumps I’ve ever scooped, no stinky urine smells, and my cats are good with it too! (I know they are because if they aren’t happy with a litter they’ll try to bring little towels or bags into the box to bury their deeds). The green tea scent is amaaaaazing. … more

    Not Good, Don't Buy

By Bailey on Sep 4, 2020

So this litter is terrible at clumping after day 1. It also reeks of ammonia. If I had gotten this at the dollar store I wouldn't be so upset, but this is expensive! I've tried tons of natural and unnatural litters, and this is hands-down the absolute worst litter I've ever purchased.

Smells good, clumps well, not too dusty

    By on

I've used many types of litter and since finding this litter about three years ago I have not switched since. I like the green tea smell, though it is not overwhelming. It clumps well. It stays so fresh I could wait to change it out for a couple weeks (I have only one cat.) I do not enjoy that my cat manages to kick some out of his top opening litter box; it's s definitely annoying to step on these pieces of litter but it would be annoying regardless of the type of litter. Anyway, I highly recommend. If you're thinking about it just take the plunge and see.

    best litter ever

    By on

Smells great (when unused), clumps well, very light. The price is unfortunately too high for us (small cat and kitten rescue) but this would be our choice of litter if we could afford it. It is the best litter we ever used in our rescue (it was donated by someone who was moving)

    Makes smells nonexistent

    By on

This litter does really well of taking out any ammonia scent. The small pebbles allow good scooping and disintegrates well compared to other similar litter which makes for a good clean up in the end. Highly love, except for the price.

    Best litter ever.

    By on

Honestly I've gone thru a lot of different litter brands since bringing Purrcius into my home and this one is my favorite. The pellets clump nicely, the pellets are big enough that my big boy doesn't drag them everywhere around the house like with granule litter, and the green tea scent covers the smell of urine very nicely. It's literally the best! Especially if you have a big cat!

    Best Litter on the market

This litter is the Best! Why.. well as a Professional Pet Sitter of 25 years, I’ve seen them all. This one will not bother your or your kitties respiratory. Frankly, we don’t think about how tiny their nose is and how the dust from other litter really affects them. Many clients use the clay litter and ick... it stinks. This has a very gentle natural smell. The clay litter creates dust that kicks up in the air and you can smell for hours afterwards, this does not. It does track, all litter does, get a mat to place in front of the box because I’ll tell ya, that sand like litter is WAY more work to clean out of carpet, wood, linoleum or tile floor regardless of the type of litter. This is so light and I know the UPS guy appreciates it just as much as I do. … more

    Shockingly Impressive!

I was hesitant spending $15 on a very small bag of cat litter, but after reading all the reviews I thought I would give it a chance. I have a new kitten with very long hair, and I’m attempting to keep things as natural as possible. I have to say, this litter is just wonderful! I have now had the same batch of litter in my box for 3 full weeks and I STILL do not smell anything! Nothing. I clean it daily. I go in and gently scoop and try not to waste any pellets. I have only had to add 3 cups or so over the 3 week period, to lightly freshen and or replace what I have scooped out. I’m so excited to have discovered this, as I didn’t want to get a kitty and suffer from the gross smell of dusty litter I was hesitant spending $15 on a very small bag of cat litter, but after reading all the reviews I thought I would give it a chance. It’s still better to step on than clay litter, and the rugs mostly catch what little flies out. I own a pretty large pet business and I have seen it all. This, in my opinion is the Gold Medal winner! THANK YOU! … more

Don't Leave Marilyn Home Without It

    By on

I originally found this product at my former neighborhood pet supplies store. I picked up the bag and it was light vs. heavy clay products. My cat, Marilyn, didn't seem to notice the difference but, I did. Not only was it light, it also had a pleasant smell. Shortly thereafter my chiropractor asked me if I drank green tea. I said "No". Weird but, OK. He is reminded of green tea whenever I am there at the office. I realized shortly thereafter my early morning appointments were post daily litterbox maintenance. Recently, I moved/drove across country with Marilyn. The Green Tea was also a familiar smell for Marilyn. When I arrived in my new town, the pet supply store didn't carry Green Tea litter. I settled for pine pellets, adequate but, again, heavy. I checked out Chewy and to my relief, and delight, there is was! PLUS, the Chewy's price was 33% lower. I would recommend this product anyway, however, living in a small space - this is the ideal product. … more

    The BEST cat litter ever!

    By on

I have two very choosy Siamese cats when it comes to cat litters. They took to this one right away, and I have found it the best for odor control of all the natural cat litters I have tried. I was strongly discouraged from using a clumping clay litter, and I avoided clumping natural litters until I just couldn't stand the urine smell anymore. All the natural litters I tried worked for about a week, as far as odor control, but then they all began to stink pretty bad. One bag of this litter lasts ~5-6 weeks, and that is for 2 cats using one litter box. I scoop it out twice daily, and I have a litter box enclosure (necessary, because this stuff tracks pretty bad, and I also have a little pug I have two very choosy Siamese cats when it comes to cat litters. My Favorite Litter

    By on

This litter is expensive which is the only reason I don't order it more often. I LOVE the way it smells and somehow, even though it's natural, it masks the bad smell enough and is very easy to scoop out the clumps without wasting the untouched pellets. I'm not going to say that immediately after the cats poop in there I can't smell it, but I scoop it out and then it goes back to smelling lovely.
