My Chewer Loves This
By kmzkat on Jan 5, 2021
My cat LOVES to chew and destroys any and all toys within minutes. I decided to try this because other reviews said they were too hard for their cats. I agree they are hard, but if you have a chewer they will meet their match with this. My cat has had 1 stick for 3 days and he is still not done with it. He chews it like a dog with a bone. You will find pieces of bark, but again, if you have a chewer, it's worth the scraps I pick up. I love watching him get this chewing out of his system. My other "delicate" cat wants nothing to do with them because she is not a chewer. The price is great for how many you get. This will last for a bit. I am thrilled!

Pesky chewers
By Lindsay on Jan 12, 2021
We adopted a couple of very young kittens over the summer. They still haven't grown out of their chewing stage. My husband suggested looking for a chew toy for them. I couldn't find anything that looked like a chew toy a cat would be interested with in any of my local stores. I stumbled across the category on Chewy and after looking for about three seconds, had these in my cart. Not only do the kittens love them, so do our older two. (Also gifted some of them to my kitty nieces- we haven't yet heard how they've taken to them.)

Too short lived.
By Jackbe on Dec 29, 2020
The sticks dry out quick. We buy these(different brands in the past) for all of our cats, but especially our chewer. He chews flip-flops, strings of toys, and even cans. He loves these sticks, and you can see his jaw vibrate with how hard he bites down. However, this brand didn't hold up as well as others. Usually he chews them bare and leaves teeth marks. This one he chewed for a minute and then left it. Within two days it was a completely different texture. Other brands lasted at least a week... Not sure the difference. It also didn't hold the attention of our other cats as other brands have...

My cats love these!
By Kara on Jan 8, 2021
I was hesitant to try these because of the mixed reviews, but I figured if my cats didn't like them it would be okay since they aren't expensive. I am definitely glad I took the chance. My more outgoing/social cat does like them, but the less social one LOVES them. The stick calms her down and she becomes more affectionate as you play with her with the stick. They both respond well to catnip also, but I thought these were a nice way to mix things up for our kitties.

Perfect for my cats!
By Jasmine on Dec 25, 2020
I got these for my cats for Christmas. I have 3, two are less than a year old and one is around 2YO. My youngest male chews everything and he LOVES these. The minute we pulled them out of the bag he grabbed it right out of my hand dropped it on the floor and rolled all over it like he would cat nip. His sister loves to roll on them too. After a few minutes I saw him gnawing on it. By the end of the day both the kittens were passed out in kitty comas lol. Mission accomplished :) My oldest one liked them too but she hid under the couch with hers and chewed it so we didn't get to see her reaction to it.

An instant hit
By Sage on Jan 6, 2021
Ive heard of this stuff before but never showed it to my kitties. Ive got three and the looks on their faces was priceless lol. They love it. Seems like the sticks will last quite a while and you get quite a few of them. The kitties were chewing on them and rubbing their faces on it and tossing them around themselves lol it was funny

just sticks after first opening
By spoilthecat on Dec 10, 2020
Working from home has been tough since my cat doesn't understand why we are around all the time but not playing with him. As a result he has been starting to bite, partly out of boredom and a need for attention. I was hoping these sticks would help satisfy his need to bite/chew and be a good treat/toy to include in his rotation of toys. The first time I opened it worked great, he had something to chew and play with. Unfortunately, without proper packaging they lose their smell fast. He is no longer interested, it's just a bag of sticks. I've enclosed the remaining sticks in a airtight container full of catnip. Hopefully that will regain his interest.

My cat loves these
By ashk on Jan 1, 2021
My cat is a chewer. He’s chewed up the wands from his teaser toys, as well as random items around the house. He really likes these sticks. If I see him trying to chew something, I’ll get him a stick and it satisfies him enough to forget about whatever he wanted to chew before. Sometimes I’ll hold one for him so he can get a really good crunch lol. So happy I found these!

Oddly satisfying
By kott on Jan 17, 2021
Oddly enough, my cats enjoy this piece of wood. One of them bites it and splinters it within the first 30 minutes but the other one will flip it around for a few days until he loses interest. I think the smell might dissipate after a while but regardless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great for the young destroyers
By Normanator on Dec 1, 2020
We just adopted a young stray cat (mix breed/domestic) about 1.5 years old from the shelter. He looks like your average cat but acts more like a dog and loves to carry things around in this mouth and play fetch. He loves these sticks, bats them around on the wood floor, then grabs them in his mouth and turbos at full speed, tosses them in the air, and just has a blast. They help distract him from pouncing on our older cat and get all that anxious energy out. We find bits of bark here and there but it’s worth it seeing how much joy he gets from these. Our older cat (11-12 years old) hasn’t touched them and is uninterested. So I’d say these sticks are perfect for younger cats who like to chew cardboard We just adopted a young stray cat (mix breed/domestic) about 1.5 years old from the shelter.
