Should not be advertised for rats
By BeetleJess on Feb 22, 2021
I purchased this for my rats so they could play and work for their treats. It was listed under toys for rats and it absolutely should not have been. I should've realized that the toy being made of plastic would have been an issue but I assumed since the site had this listed as a good toy for rats it wouldnt be an issue. My rats had this in their enclosure for 2 hours tops before they chewed half of the ball away and ate plastic in the process. Never again.

Good way to occupy pet's time
By Wayne on Jan 27, 2021
I put manufactured "pellet" food in it and open to the second stop. My rabbit will nose it around eating the pellets that fall out till it is nearly empty. I could feed all the manufactured food that way but don't know if it is the best idea. The good part would be to get her to eat slowly and chew well, the other side is it could be frustrating to the rabbit when really hungry for this type of food. My only complaint is that the detents for the opening are needlessly coarse, but it has not been a problem.

Bunny Approved
By BunnyMom on Jan 3, 2021
I have a bunny who is not very interested in toys, but is VERY interested in food. It's always a hit or a miss when I buy items for him, but this was a very big hit! He nudges the ball all around my house, even when there are no pellets or the ball is closed. It was nice that the toy came with a cleaning brush in case I ever want to put apple pieces or something messy inside. The opening can stick a little, and it isn't the easiest to adjust, but I think that's a good thing for my determined bun- thank goodness he doesn't have opposable thumbs!

Amazing Toy
By BunnyMama253 on Jan 3, 2021
Harry, my Holland Lop, loves this treat dispenser. I fill it with his pellets since his vet said he needs to slow down on them due to his GI stasis. He has to work to get the pellets out which is good for him since it promotes more exercise. Vet said movement is good for older buns that get GI issues frequently. He loves this toy & gets excited when he sees me set it down. He figured it out rather quickly.

By Tara24 on Feb 19, 2021
The ball is a great concept however their treats do not come out easy, I have a Holland lop and even with it part or whole open it doesn’t come out and bunnies loose interest

Bunny loves it
By Andy2376 on Dec 27, 2020
We got this in yellow for our Bunny who is 10 months old. She LOVES it. It was a little hard to get open at first to put the treats in but after that it’s been easy. She loves rolling it around and getting treats. She doesn’t play with most of the toys we get her but this one was a winner. Very happy with the product. As always we love Chewy!!

Too small for even the tiniest pellets
By Alyssa on Dec 23, 2020
I bought two of these for my guinea pigs and due to the very small size of the opening, I used their tiny Oxbow pellets to fill it. No matter how much I shake it and roll it around, the pellets will not come out. This opening is way too small and the toy is unfortunately useless.

Case by case basis, great product
By RenT on Feb 22, 2021
My first rabbit entirely ignored it, but my second rabbits ADORE it! They love chasing it around to get the pellets I put inside.

Best Bun Toy Ever!
By Happypetmom on Jan 3, 2021
My bunnies love this ball. I place a natural dry snack inside the balls that have dried flowers & other healthy hays. It keeps them occupied and happy. It’s also fun to see them rolling around the balls.

I'm so smart!
By Libbytherabbit on Dec 12, 2020
I have figured out how to move this ball around and get my treats out of it. There's only one trick to this ball you have to make sure that it's filled enough so that the food can spill out. It keeps me busy.
