Addy is blind in one eye & it is treated for dry eye. I start w this cleanser then treat w drops.
Poor shipping
Not a problem with the product but the baggie the bottle came in was open and the liquid spilled out some and got on her stuffy toy that was in the box.,

This mare had infected eyes from flies. This year has been horrible with flies. I treated her with the eye wash and her eyes cleared up.
Unfortunate accident LOL
Well, I have used this product before but this is my first purchase of the Nixall eye wash through Chewy. The day it arrived, dear little Freyja, our 10 month old kitty decided to steal it off the island after her first eye cleaning & punctured a tiny hole in the container which proceeded to leak out completely. My husband saw her jump down with the ziplock of the eye wash and her Rx eye drops not knowing she had already chomped down on the plastic container. He took it away and put it back on the counter. The ziplock was drenched with Nixall as well as the countertop by the time I noticed. I will be ordering again. I DO recommend this product but the review is from my use previously! LOL

Dual use item
I like the idea that it is a dual use item...seems funny that you could use it in the ears as well as the eyes...since for ourselves we would never use something for our eyes that we used for our ears...the package arrived just in time because this was placed in a zip sandwich bag and it must have started wearing the plastic enough to be able to wear a hole for it to leak...
