My 4 cats like it

I bought this for the high quality and because it does not contain egg. All 4 of my cats like it, although it is very paste-like.

Mixed reaction

I've been trying to find a better alternative to Fancy Feast for my two elderly cats. I have tried them all - Royal Canin, Hills, and many others over the years. I was very impressed with the carefully packaged, foil lined NowFresh cartons and how fresh this food smells. There is no stinky odor whatsoever, it just smells fresh. The wet food comes in a moist loaf in some broth. My British Bombay loved it initially and ate like she was having her last meal, LOL. My Chantilly could have cared less. I offered both NowFresh and Fancy Feast chicken pate or FF Savory Centers at each meal. Chloe went for the FF every time and, after a couple of days, Tia was back to the FF. I now have over $50 worth of NowFresh they don"t want. My vet told me that she'd rather have me give them Fancy Feast than a "boutique" pet food. She looked up NowFresh online and told me that, because it is not "scientifically formulated", she would not feed it to her cat. Personally, I think it looks much more nutritious, healthier than Fancy Feast. The fresh smell and careful packaging says a lot for the quality of the ingredients and the conscientiousness of this company in making sure the food is as fresh as possible when it arrives to you. However, after the initial thrill of a new food to try, Tia is firmly back in the FF camp along with her stubborn sister.
