We suggest feeding twice a day. Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
It’s important to slowly transition your pet to a new food so their system has a chance to adapt to the change. The transition period should be at minimum, ten days and could take upwards of two weeks, depending on your pet’s sensitivity to change:
Day 1 & 2: Feed 80% of your pet’s old food with 20% of the new food.
Day 3 & 4: Feed 60% of your pet’s old food with 40% of the new food.
Day 5 & 6: Feed 40% of your pet’s old food with 60% of the new food.
Day 7, 8 & 9: Feed 20% of your pet’s old food with 80% of the new food.
Day 10 & Forever: Feed 100% new food

Great quality food, but not right for my cat
By KitKat on Mar 5, 2021
The ingredients in this food is great, but unfortunately my older kitty regurgitates it constantly...sometimes multiple times a day. I think it might be the shape and size of the kibble that's causing it because the pieces are very small, he doesn't bother chewing at all. I would recommend this cat food to others as long as they don't have a history of regurgitating food or are used to smaller kibble pieces.

Picky eaters
By colecats on Jan 29, 2021
Personally I thought this food for weight management and senior food would be good for my 8 cats.......wrong!! Not one of the 8 would have anything to do with it. I tried adding some of their regular food to it but they still gave me a dirty look and turned away. I have to admit my 8 cats range from 10 to 16 so they want what they like not what I think was good for them. Sorry but I can't say this was a bad choice on my part.

Pleased with Purchase
By toppats on Feb 16, 2021
This dry food appears to be helping in our effort to help our 10 year old male cat lose some much needed weight. We give him some of this to satisfy his large to crunch on dry food and we supplement with Royal Canid low calorie food. The ingredients seem healthy and we're willing to pay for the quality.

Cats love this expensive dry food
By JanT on Jan 19, 2021
It's all about the cats, right? They love this food, even though it isn't what I usually buy for them. Their regular food is out of back ordered, so I got this as a substitute. The kitties attack it just as enthusiastically as their regular food, so that's good. It is more expensive for a 4 pound bag than their regular healthy weight food in an 8 pound bag. I really hope the regular food comes back into stock! 3 stars for the price. Cats give it 5 stars.

My senior cat loves it
By Heidi26 on Jan 23, 2021
Trying to limit my senior overweight cats calorie intake. I was recommended this catfood for the low phosphorus level. My cat seems to love it. Now searching for a good healthy wet senior pate catfood.

Vomit No More
By CatNanny on Oct 30, 2020
My cat is 14 yrs old and her tolerance of dry food has gotten worse these last few years. Before feeding her this (I gave her Hills Sensitive Stomach & Skin), she was vomiting every couple of days and I decided to give this brand a try after reading the reviews. At first she didn’t want to eat it, so I mixed her old food with the new until she was comfortable being weaned off completely. Probably took a few days of trial and error before she finally gave in. No lie, she has been tolerating this so much better and knowing she isn’t vomiting like that anymore was enough for me despite the hefty price tag. I’m very pleased with the product and thank you all for the honest reviews!

Non GMO cat food
By Mbird on Dec 2, 2020
It’s too early to tell of the benefits to my cat, she is still adjusting to it, tending to eat the old familiar food first. However I appreciate having a non GMO food to feed her as GMOs are harmful for our pets as much as they are harmful to people.

Perfect for Feline Chronic Kidney Disease
By sweetshamrock on Oct 27, 2020
Excluding therapeutic prescription dry cat food... this formula meets the criteria for commercial standard dry cat food for cats suffering early stage Feline Chronic Kidney Disease. The focus is low phosphorus, sodium & protein and this food is top listed on "Tanya's Comprehensive Guide to Feline Chronic Kidney Disease" standard dry cat food formula list. My 14 year old luvs the taste and it has absolutely no nasty grain fillers.
