Can this product be given daily? My cat is very territorial and has agitation all day every due to neighboring cat. This is causing him to spray in my house. This is something he didn't do when we lived in the country.

Does it work on 65 lb dogs?

This supplement is suitable for cats and dogs of all sizes. For pets weighing up to 20 pounds, give 1/2 tablet once daily. For pets weighing 21-40 pounds, give 1 tablet once daily. For pets weighing 41-80 pounds, give 2 tablets once daily. For pets weighing over 81 pounds, give 3 tablets once daily.

How long does this take to take effect, & how long does the effect last?Lit

One should notice a benefit within a couple hours of taking a dose. However, as with humans, there are usually several contributing factors when it comes to feelings of anxiety or nervousness. It may take a couple weeks to really notice difference. How long does the effect last would depend on individual metabolism and continual stressors.

Disappointed

I have 6 rescue cats and for the most part, they get along. However, there are two cats that can be unpredictably temperamental. To date, I have not found a holistic-based calming product that works even if they will eat them. Of all the products I have tried, these are the worst because the smell of them is very strong and unappealing and they simply will not eat them. I've even tried grinding them up and mixing in their food, and also dissolving them in their water. I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to give them a try anyway. Was a mistake on my part.

Works in a combination

These were not effective for my elderly dog until I started giving in addition to RX Vitamins for Pets Nutricalm Pills. This daily combination keeps my guy's anxiety down noticeably. I'd say they enhance the effectiveness of the Nutricalm. Will continue to purchase for this reason.

Used during storms

Our dogs are still afraid during storms but not as much as they were without this pet relaxant. They also calm down much more quickly after a storm than they did before.
