Transition Instructions

When first introducing your pet to Nulo, werecommend slowly transitioning over the course of 5 to 7 days to reduce the risk of digestive upset that can occur with a rapid change in diet.We recommend portioning 25% of the new food on the first day mixed with 75% of the former food. Over the course of several days, gradually increase this ratio until you are feeding 100% of the new food. This will allow your pet's digestive system time to adjust to any new ingredients and will help to ensure a smooth transition. Mixing up proteins can be a great way to provide variety to your pet's diet. Once your pet has transitioned to the Nulo platform, rotating between recipes is generally seamless!

    Easy transition!

    By on

Ive been wanting to change my chihuahua’s food for a while (current food seems like it is low quality). Because hes such a picky eater, i havent had any success when i previously tried to switch his food. After seeing the positive ratings on Nulo from a dog food review website i decided to give it a try. My shipment arrived today, I put half nulo and half of his current food in his bowl..and guess what! He ate all of the Nulo kibbles and left the old ones behind. Woot woot! I am a happy pawrent today.

    Wheat Free Option

    By on

My senior corgi was no longer enjoying the wheat free food I had been giving her for years. There aren't that many options out there. She loves this one, I would have given 5 stars but the price is a bit high.

    Will not get near

    By on

For some reason my dog ate once and now won't go near it. Last time he dumped the bowl and left the room. Took a week for him to go back into the same room again.

After writing a raving review, now I have to undo it.

    By on

He loved the sample so I bought a 5 lb bag locally and he did OK. So of course I bought a 10 lb bag and he doesn't want it. He turns his nose up and walks off. Sometimes he will come back and eat it but it's a lot of work. So now I need to find something else he'll like. Not easy during the pandemic disaster. So sad.

    Great For Sensitive Tummies

    By on Top 1 Contributor

We tried this for our 12 year old Golden Retriever who has some age related stomach issues. This is one food she will eat without any issues afterward. Limited ingredients and smaller size kibble makes it easier on her stomach. Good stuff. Highly recommended.

FINALLY A FOOD MY DOG CAN EAT

    By on

Finding this food was ground breaking for us. My dog Norman got giardia when he was a pup and it destroyed his gut. We got him a blood test to show is food allergies and he ended up being sensitive to many of the prominent food ingredients used in majority of dog foods. (i.e: peas, white potatoes, pork, corn, soy) I looked into EVERY dog food under the sun (it felt like anyway) and Norman couldn't eat any of it. I started making him a homemade diet of ground turkey, veggies, I bought all the supplements to add into it to make sure of proper nutrition. He was doing wonderful on that for 2 years - then his body weight started to drop for some unexplained reason and I needed to do something with Finding this food was ground breaking for us. An instagram person I follow got sponsored by Nulo, and it was a brand I never looked into. I took a chance and started looking into all their lines and the ingredients in each. BOOM I found this stuff! This to date is the ONLY dog food I have found that Norman can eat. He scarfs it down with no problems and is doing very well on his new diet. His body weight is back to a healthy level and he is a happy little dude. So THANK YOU NULO YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER! … more
