Can we store the open can in the fridge for a few days with a plastic lid?

We recommend refrigerating any leftover product in an airtight container, such as a plastic container with a lid, and using after three days of opening. Once opened, the product needs to be stored in the fridge and used within three days. If you can’t use it that quickly, the best way to preserve it is to put it into an ice cube tray and freeze it. It will be good for up to three months once frozen. Then you can just pop out a cube each time you need it. When you are ready to use it, you can either let it thaw in the fridge, microwave it for a few seconds or feed it to your pet as a frozen treat.
Is this ok for a person to eat too? My cats refuse to eat their food when I mix it in. Don't want it to go to waste.

Nummy Tum-Tum products are grown and processed in the same facility as their human grade products and since there are no additional ingredients, it’s also safe for human consumption.
What is the shelf life of unopened cans?

We recommend using within three days of opening and it's best to refrigerate once it's opened. Freezing the product in ice cube trays will help keep the product good for up to three months.
Does it contain sugar? I tried to buy this at the supermarket & couldn’t find unsweetened. I didn’t want my baby to have sugar!

Nummy Tum-Tum Pure Organic Pumpkin doesn't come in an unsweetened version. This supplement would contain sugar that is naturally derived while being made.

healthier and fuller

One of my cats has had constipation issues ever since she was a kitten. I have done research online for different solutions to help her, but I could not decide what would be the best thing for her so I took her to the vet for an official recommendation. He recommended I try incorporating pumpkin into her diet. During my research, I had seen that heavily recommended so I figured I would give it a try. I found this case of pumpkin and figured I would give it to all my babies since it has multiple benefits. The vet certainly knew what he was talking about and so did others on the Internet because since I started my four cats on the pumpkins, supplements, they have been fuller After eating and no longer begging me for extras in my one girl who had the constipation issues has had not one problem since. When I say she has had not one problem I am not referring to a short term solution. I have been using this pumpkin on my four cats as it’s recommended from the vet for a few years now. I waited this long so I could give the most accurate Review possible on the product and to show that it is one good solution for any pet parent to try if their fur baby is having constipation or similar issues. Pep parents. I hope this long-awaited review helps you the way the research has helped me and I hope your sweet babies feel better.

Not helpful

My dog has loose stools and I bought this to help but it has done nothing only worsen the stools. 26# pup and have adjusted dose. If it was human grade I would bake with it.

Not one can dented!

I just received my order of 3 cases of Nummy Tum-Tum Organic Pumpkin. Not a single can was dented. They arrived in perfect shape. Better than the cans on a store shelf. Plus they have a long expiration date. Thank you Chewy! You continue to impress me.

Good for my bulldogs

I place a tablespoon of this pumpkin puree on top of my dogs dry food and they love it. It seems to help their digestive system.

My dog loves this

I bought this after my dog got sick for future use and he absolutely loves it. I put some in his food and also as a treat on some treat toys to keep him occupied. It can also be frozen as well. The amount is based off of your pets weight.

Pup enjoys it, watery consistency

This product is a bit more watery than other canned pumpkin that we had used previously. Overall my pup likes it and seems to be responding well to the nutritional benefits.

Pumpkin puppy

My pup has struggled with which dog food. What to feed her. I finally found the dog food Acana topped with pumpkin is the answer. This pumpkin is a bit wetter than say Libby’s. It still achieves the goal. Easier to get this than buying all those cans at grocery. She loves it. Chewy price for Acana is less than a local specialty PET store. Pumpkin is about the same price.

Excellent for digestion

Used to give this to my older dog when she had trouble with digestion and it helped her. Bought it for the new pup when I noticed his stool was a little off. Within a week he was going more easily and the stool was much better.
