Pets may not get all the nutrients they need from their food alone. With Cobalequin Chewable Tablets from Nutramax, you can give your pet the vitamin boost he needs. Vitamin B12—or Cobalamin—deficiency is especially common in animals with pancreatic issues and can cause symptoms like weight loss, lethargy and confusion. This oral supplement can help to increase concentrations of B12 in cats and small dogs, without the need for additional injections. Best of all, it comes in an easy-to-feed, tasty tablet and can be used for long-term treatment—just make sure you talk to your veterinarian.

Key Benefits
  • Features an oral cobalamin supplement, so you can help treat your dog's insufficiency.
  • Yummy chewables are easy to feed, especially compared to pills and powders.
  • May help you supplement your pet without needing additional injections.
  • Part of a comprehensive treatment plan for dogs and cats low in B12.
  • Can be used long-term, with guidance from your veterinarian.

For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Consult your veterinarian to determine the best vitamins and supplements for your furry friend.

    He LOVES this supplement

By Casey on Dec 16, 2021

My furbaby Sherl was diagnosed with cancer a couple of months ago and my vet recommended Cobalequin to help with his low b12 levels since we opted not to do weekly shots. I'm not sure if these are helping (we have his first blood test post starting this supplement next week) but he absolutely loves these. He thinks they're treats. For pets that don't like them, they're absolutely tiny and could easily be thrown into the back of their mouths and swallowed.

Great alternative to Vitamin B-12 shots

By Vicky on Dec 19, 2021

Instead of giving our cat the B-12 shot every other week, I decided to try this product which is once per day dosage. I use a pill crusher to turn a tablet into powder, then mix the powder with 2 or 3 teaspoons water which I then mix into the wet (3 oz can) cat food. Our cat loves it and I am happy no needles are needed to get her the supplement she needs!

    Good product

By Maxine on Dec 11, 2021

My 16 yr old new adoptee cat had diarrhea from cheap food at the pound. I saw that the shelter vets had given her vitamin B12 shots so, along with a change of diet to Hill's ID Rx, I give her 1 B12 chew each evening with her meal. Diarrhea's gone! B12 is essential for intestinal health, as I understand. She eats the little chews just fine.

    Helping my kitty with IBD

By Aset on Nov 20, 2021

I think this is really helping my kitty with IBD. I have tried everything, and this is the only thing that has slowed down his dribbling. I've only been using it about two weeks, so not sure about long term effects. He does not take it readily, so I have to put it in his mouth where he usually tries to spit it back out. Once wet, it falls apart, so I try to get it back in his mouth quick. He usually swallows it the second time without too much fuss. It's easier than giving shots.

    This is for SMALL dogs!

By geocleo on Nov 27, 2021

This item is for SMALL dogs; I did not notice and bought the wrong size. Wasn't worth paying shipping to return it. The bottle could be labeled more clearly! Otherwise, my dog happily chomps these down.

My older cat has a deficiency of B12 and the vet ordered these. But that are less expensive from Chewy. He loves the taste and eats them like treats. You

Our old guy has disdained any and every chewable until we introduced Cobalequin B 12! He loves them, he had gobbled up his daily each morning for 47 days. The chewable spares him and us twice a month visits to the vet for shots that are both costly and painful. I donate all the money saved to local shelters. AND the best part is that he's doing great on them. Ask your vet if this is right for your pet.

    Good Product

By Pond on Oct 7, 2021

Our pups veterinarian suggested we start Cobalequin after she was treated for an illness and now that she has recovered (thank God) we continued administering every other day. They are chicken flavored and she thinks they are treats!
