My dog has had TTA surgery in both back legs and has early arthritis. The vet recommended I start a supplement post surgery. Cosequin w/ HA is the difference. I tried the less expensive bottle without HA and I could see a difference in how well it worked. Placebo Effect is a B but seeing him walk comfortably is everything.
I gave my 13-year-old Yorkie 1/2 tablet every other day, and saw results in under 2 weeks. He was stiff and didn’t roam much, but now he’s walking around like he did before! This product really improved his quality of life, and I’m so grateful.
RONDIBEAR will sniff it out crushed in food or wrapped in turkey breast. I’m sure it works well, but my almost 14-yr-old Shih tzu says NO WAY!
Had my dog on a vet rx. It was giving her upset stomach. So vet said take her off. I decided to try this one again. I give one tablet 2x a day with her food. It is better than nothing. Works so she can at least walk. She use to jump at the door which got to her rear legs. She quit that. But, now she lives with this. The rx was a bit better; but not the upset stomach that came with it.
I have just started giving these to Buddy, my pitbull boxer cross. We tried a different brand before but it was near impossible to get him to eat them. He crunches these up no problem, which is a victory as he can be quite picky. It's still early days to see if they are benefitting him but his back legs are looking a little straighter when he walks and runs
I've seen instant results in my dog - he has not been able to do steps (we have 2) recently but this has given him the strength to take them again!! AND whatever taste it has is actually appealing to him which never happens - he usually refuses these tablet
This has helped my elder dog so much!! He has arthritis and I can tell a huge difference in him. He’s been on cosequin for 4 years and we are yet to look back!
My dog has been taking another brand of joint health supplement and I switched to this one and within one week I see a big difference in his hind legs, to the point where he trots. He is 13 years old and close to 80 pounds.
She's been on it for over a week and still can't see any results. Not certain how long she needs to be on it before observing any change. She's a big girl at 145 so maybe time will tell
HUGE IMPROVEMENT OVER OTHER BRANDS!! My very active beloved Border Collie began to have more joint problems,as do my Senior horses and other brands were not working well. So stopped being so cheap and got Cosequin for both! My dog is back to being very active, not falling down on wood floors. I also did get carpet runners & kitchen mats. Now she is back running inside and outdoors. Much improved going up & down the 5 steps of my porch!
