  • Worked well for our dog!

    By on

Our girl Heidi (7 year old dachshund/chow mix) recently hurt herself somehow one night either during or after we came home from dinner. I'm not sure what happened, but whenever she tried to walk, she'd start crying, and especially if I tried to touch her back leg. We have a larger dog that gets excited & sometimes steps on her on accident, so that might've been what happened. We planned to take her to the vet the next morning, but she seemed to be able to walk a little better than the night before. I decided to wait on taking her to the vet, and to get this aspirin for her to see if it helped first. After I gave it to her, within hours she was fully able to walk again without crying! I decided to wait on taking her to the vet, and to get this aspirin for her to see if it helped first. After I gave it to her, within hours she was fully able to walk again without crying! I've been giving her one a day for the past four days and she doesn't cry anymore when she walks or when I try to touch her back leg. She wasn't able to jump on to the couch or bed during the first few days, but now she's able to jump and run and is back to her old self. I think this aspirin really helped with her healing process. She wouldn't eat it straight, so I covered it in peanut butter & that seemed to do the trick. … more

This is a life saver. My lab takes this once a day for pain and it does wonders. It also has never upset her stomach. I mix it in with her food and she is good to go. I highly recommend this product.

  • Not palatable to my dog

    By on

I am a paraplegic and don't have the upper body strength to wrestle with my service dog and shove these down her throat. She won't take any tricks (pill pockets, hot dogs, cheese, peanut butter, etc) without finding and spitting out the aspirin. The few times I have gotten it down her (grind it up, dissolve it and put on her food) it has helped her pain. I've had much better luck with children's aspirin.

  • Dog aspirin

My German shepherd is 10 years old and has been having pain in her hips. I started giving her 2 of these every night and within a week, she's her young playful self again. I haven't seen her this happy in years! I highly recommend this product.

  • Good for purpose

Bought for post surgery care. Worked and helped with the inflammation really well. Just wish they were chewy tabs and not chewable. It's still a pill form. I just crushed it and put it into my dog's food since he won't take pills.

  • Works well for arthritis

We had our 14 year old Aussie on Rimadyl and we ran out. I used some of this canine aspirin until I could get to the vet. I have noticed no change in our dog's energy or mobility after several weeks, so I'm keeping her on this instead of the pricey prescription. I also use Cosequin DS, and recently added the zesty paws turmeric. All help her continue to act like a much younger dog!

  • Great Aspirin product

One dog doesn't like to eat them, so I just put them in cheese. They help him with his leg issues and you can definitely tell a difference when he takes them.
