Feed 1 biscuit per 20 lbs of body weight daily.
after six months of 4 a day to each of my dogs (90lbs) . the biscuits do not work at all.
As I mentioned, one of our kiddos loves these dog treats, the other one just sniffs and walks away. We're glad the dog we bought them for is the one that eats them. He loves them. Honestly he must have a real high ammonia content in his urine because we had burn holes all over our back lawn. The lawn is coming back with some reseeding and lots of water. No new burnt spots that I can see. We also give him the tablets made for neutralising the urine by the same maker. Good stuff.
If you want your pup to projectile vomit green liquid, this is what you can feed it. I give mine the nutri vet pee pills every day for about a year now and thought I would try the biscuit version since she likes crunchy treats. She did eat them up even though they do put off a nasty smell. A few hours later, however, she made these strange coughing choking sounds and immediately threw up with great force. Luckily she happened to be in my kitchen for an easy clean up, but she looked distraught. It was definitely these biscuits as the vomit was a lovely shade of green. Back to the pee pill version.
I do believe this product really works. I am seeing less and less burn spots in my yard and I have two fur babies. My Lab Sadie loves these treats and my terrier Bailey does not like them as well, but she tolerates them. They may not be for Picky eaters I must say.
My German Shepherd and Husky go "coo-coo for coacoa puffs" over this stuff! I've found that I have to give double the recommended in order for it to work well on the grass, but even if it didn't work- I'd still get these as they are my furkids' favorite treats and they aren't overly expensive compared to many healthy dog treats.
They don’t work going back to what I first bought. They love the taste of these but they just don’t work. I have brown patches all over my new grass I put down.
Karma loves them and looks forward to them each day. Now we are waiting to see if they improve the burn marks on the grass!
We’ve been giving our GS these bones consistently for almost 7 years and we have NO burned spots in our lawn. The key is she gets at least two bone EVERY SINGLE DAY year around. It’s just like a regular medication. If you don’t continue the regimen, then it doesn’t work. We have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. We even give bags of them to my daughter for her dog so when we dog sit, we don’t t have to worry about our grand-fur baby burning our lawn.
My small doggies love this Biscuit...I have bought other products for this problem. One doggie liked them but they made the other doggie sick. It also seems to be working well on my grass. I am very pleased and will be buying more.
My dog absolutely loves these biscuits. Yes, they have a potent smell, sort of like strong chicken stock, but I put them into an empty plastic cat treat container and no problem with the smell. My dog goes nuts when she see me grab one of these biscuits for her nightly treat time.
