Key Benefits
  • Chamomile's high content of the amino acid tryptophan provides a calming effect
  • It also contains high amounts of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, flavonoids and essential oils
  • Hops act to counter nervousness and reduce stress and anxiety
  • Ginger is well known for relieving indigestion and nausea and has been used with carsick pets
  • Taurine is an amino acid that plays a major role in the brain as an "inhibitory" neurotransmitter

    Scaredy cat pups

    By on

My pups are very scared of thunder, fireworks and even a tiny one rime beep of the smoke alarm. (If they hear a smoke alarm on the TV they shake really bad.). I watch the weather for strong storms and always prepare ahead of time during nights where fireworks will be set off. I give them 3-6 depending on the situation. They are 50 lbs. each. They still go in the closet (on their own). I have tents and doggy beds set up in there and a fan and I have battery operated lanterns....but these do help calm them even more. I like giving them these vs. RX from Vet. My neighbor recommended these during Hurricane Harvey and they were a life saver. If only I could have taken them too!

The dog food and related products that we purchase from Chewy are top quality at a good price. Very convenient and that is appreciated by this busy dog owner.

    Doggie runs

    By on

Tried to give this to my dog for rides and taking her to a new house visit. It ended up giving her the runs! I didn't see a difference in her behavior in the car.

    Super product

    By on

Our dog Maggie is a rescue who lived in a cornfield behind her rescuer's home for 3 months before she let herself be rescued. She is very skittish and is not good around most people. She is "growley" with other people and gets scared easily. This product helps her calm down naturally and was approved by our vet. It is not a cure-all but it calms her down just enough and helps her sleep a little better.

Great product that my dog loves!!

    By on

This is a great product that my dog can't get enough of. (Though they are only allowed a number of treats based on their body weight) lol They are a tremendous natural product that I feel safe and comfortable giving to her.

    Not for Pugs!

    By on

I tried this product out on a 1 year old pug for 10 days and saw absolutely no effect on her. Pugs are often mischievous and I was hoping this would settle her down a bit. Maybe better for dogs that are not so high strung, or perhaps a more matured animal. On the bright side, she loved the taste of them so using them as a treat worked :-)

    Great Product

I have a Rottweiler who I believe is ocd with lights & shadows that runs us crazy. I have a Great Dane/Shepard mix who is easily over stimulated. I wanted something to calm them but didn’t want a sedative. These are great and do the trick. How much is determined by individual dogs so it’s a matter of trial and error. I gave my Dane/Shepherd mix full dose because he’s a big boy (110pds) and my Rotty just under full dose (she’s 70pds). I found full dose was too much for him but I needed to give her the full dose. Full dose made the Shepherd/Dane too drowsy but the Rotty at full dose was just right. Not too drowsy but calm enough not to react to every little thing.
