    dogs don’t like them

    By on

I’ll start off by saying these treats DO work, however my dogs don’t like the taste and it takes A LOT of effort on my part to get my dogs to eat them. I have 1 dog with anxiety in car rides and another dog who experiences motion sickness. These treats definitely help both of these symptoms. But the treats are very hard for my small dogs, and they almost refuse when I offer them. If only they were softer or a better flavor

    Doesn’t work for my schnauzer

    By on

I took in a schnauzer when he was 1 year old from a family who already had him on fluoxetine. I’ve never given him fluoxetine or anything else. However he gets overly excited and almost ADHD at times. I tried these treats and they didn’t do a thing for him. I will just keep trying to calm him down with behavior techniques and positive reinforcement. He is now 4 years old.

    Nutri Vet Pet Ease ""Wafers""??

    By on

Let's start with the obvious, these "wafers" aren't wafers, they are little dog bones!! That made it difficult for my cat to eat. I had to break them up the best I could and spitz them with water just to get him to try them. On the plus side, they worked, and my cat got some sleep one night. I was testing them to give to him the next time he needs to visit the vet. Last time I tried to take him without something to calm him, he clawed me silly!!!

    Dogs will not eat them.

    By on

Usually my dogs are not that picky, but for some reason they will not eat these, so I don't even know if they actually work to calm them.

did not work for my dog

    By on

I’ve had these for a while and finally decided to give them a try. I leave my dog (9lb chihuahua mix) at home and I have a puppy cam to monitor her. My dog will sometimes bark and howl, probably from separation stress/anxiety. This week, I started giving her 1-2 of these every morning before I leave in hopes to relieve the stress and calm her, and when I regularly check the puppy cam after giving these treats, I have not seen ANY DIFFERENCE! She still has fits of barking and howling.. these were not a cheap treat and it was disappointing to say the least that they didn’t help soothe my dog...

    Works better than the others!

    By on

These calming treats work better than the three other brands I’ve tried. I have a picky Husky/Heeler and I always had to coheres him into eating them before bad weather or any other stressful situation. Not these ! They are cute chicken flavor bone shaped treats. He thinks it’s just that. No horrible smell either! They faintly smell of cooked chicken to me. JJ weighs around 75 lbs and even though he could have more I’ve found two-three to work great. If I know a thunderstorm is on the way I try to give them to him at least an hour or so beforehand. They are priced right as well. I will defiantly continue with Nutri-Vet products. Their vitamin chews are what we use too. The dogs love them!

    Not for Wally

    By on

My dog is very weird about what he will eat and this was a big NO for him. I really hate it because now I have nothing to calm him down when needed. It may be good for some dogs but not mine.

Seems to help with separation anxiety

    By on

My new arrival has spent her life in a kennel and is struggling with separation anxiety. The vet has ordered herbal calming daily, and, since taking Pet Ease for the last 2 weeks, I have noticed a difference in her behavior. Not the only answer for the anxiety, but it does help.
