Nutro Peanut flavor mini bites
The label is very misleading. I thought this product was primarily peanut butter. Unfortunately it is not. It's main ingredient is chicken which my puppy has a skin sensitivity to. She loved the flavor, but the itching & scratching was intolerable. If a product has chicken as a main ingredient then it should be listed on the front of the package!
Great for rewarding your dog
I bought these as a reward for our new dog when she goes outside and does her business. I reward her with them before she goes out and then after she takes care of things outside. Both of my dogs love them. They are really small. I would buy them again.
GREAT treats!
Highly recommend these treats! I have a chubby lab, but since training is continuous, these treats are perfect because he loves them but they won't make him fat.
Very tasty mini bites
Copper loves this flavor of Nutro mini bites! (Of course he loves the blueberry and chicken ones too!) They are a super little treat anytime we want to show him how great he is and how much he’s loved. It’s so nice to know they are a heathy little snack.
Turned sour
I bought two bags for training purposes. I used the chicken first without a problem. When I opened the peanut butter flavor it smelled sour. It was late January 2022. The expiration date on the bag was February 22, 2022. I stupidly let my dog try them and she ended up throwing up her dinner and everything else she ate that day. I should have used them up sooner but couldn’t due to physical issues. I had to throw out both bags one month before the expiration date.
Dogs love them
Why do dogs love peanuts and peanut butter? I dunno, but these are a hit. They’re the perfect size to break in half for two training rewards. Good stuff, and they aren’t so rich to give my dogs funny tummies.
Best treats for training puppies!
These treats are the best for training a new puppy, since they are only three calories a piece and have a really potent smell that catches their attention. You can also easily break them in half if you want to double the number of treats.
didn’t like them
My dog didn’t like these. She tried a few and then spit them out. I only got them since the regular are not available. Maybe the taste was different? Not getting them again. Gave away to shelter to use
