Feeding Guidelines
For Tender Beef, Pea & Carrot recipe, feed puppies:
· Up to 4 months: 2 1/4 to 4 1/2 trays per 5 lbs. body weight daily
· 4 months to adult: 1 1/2 to 3 trays per 5 lbs. body weight daily
For Tender Chicken, Sweet Potato & Pea recipe, feed puppies:
· Up to 4 months: 2 1/4 to 4 1/4 trays per 5 lbs. body weight daily
· 4 months to adult: 1 1/3 to 2 3/4 trays per 5 lbs. body weight daily
Feed pregnant/nursing dogs 2–3 times the amount shown for puppies aged 4 months to adult.

My puppies love it
I have 2 schnauzer puppies and 1 adult schnauzer, and I've always fed them nutro ultra. The puppy food is excellent and makes their coat very shiny and healthy.
UPSET DOG STOMACH
My dog experienced diarrea with this new bag, its upsetting because its a new bag and there was no issues before, i will try to look for a new dog food brand, i understand this is not chewys fault either. I will donate the bag to a local shelter so it doesnt go to waste.
my puppy does not like it
I think this is one of the best brands of dog food out there, I buy the senior brand for my other dogs. But I bought this expensive bag for my puppy and he does not like it. My other dogs are not a huge fan of it either, it might be because they prefer the senior one that they have already, but no one is eating this one, and I’m going to have to find another puppy chow and just donate this one. I’ve tried for several days now, I just can’t get him interested. Nevertheless, this is one of the best brands of dog food, but I would look for other puppy brand because it’s not liked by my puppy. I’ve never had a puppy turn down food before, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
None Better
At 15 months old this puppy food has proved excellent. Our 90 pound long haired Belgian Malamute mix runs five miles a day and has fantastic skin and hair. She has amazing vision and great bone density with no itching problem that I hear her litter mates experience. We are very grateful for this recipe. Thanks Nutro
Beagle Puppy
We have 2 large breed dogs that are already on Nutro Ultra The Superfood Plate for Large Breeds. Our girls are very healthy with beautiful coats, so it was a given to use this brand when we brought our new Beagle puppy into the home. Our puppy loves the kibble, the size is great for her and her puzzle feeder, and she is growing at an ideal rate. I'm very happy I chose to continue with Nutro Ultra and highly recommend it to every dog parent I meet!

Superior Puppy Food!
My Shih tzu absolutely loves this food! The ingredients are great and our vet told us for him a salmon food would work best. This is much more affordable than Hills and his coat is beautiful! No digestive issues at all with this food. Our vet told us Grain Free foods are a no no and can cause heart issues so I was so relieved to find a great mid priced food.
NutroAltra puppy kibble
Best store brand kibble marketed today for raising my longhaired mini dachshund puppies. Short of specialty formulated, strong bones, muscle development, teeth, and coats from 3 different proteins. Excellent for pregnancy with healthy babies. Taste appeal gets 100% from my gang !!! Scarlett (20months), Tom Brady(4 months), Charlie Brown (5months) all longhaired miniature dachshunds.
Great Food
My puppy loves this food, and all the good fruits and veggies in it make me feel good about feeding it to her.
Puppy Refuses to Eat
First time puppy owner, and wanted to provide the best for her. She ate this hard food for about 2 weeks ONLY if it was mixed with wet food. Then she just started refusing to eat it all together. We bought cheap hard food to see if she would eat that and she loved it. Tried putting 1/2 and 1/2 this and the new hard food and mixing her wet food and she wouldn’t touch it again. Tried putting a tablespoon of this in with the new hard food and her wet food and again, would not touch it. I don’t understand how she can dislike this food to the point she refuses to eat, but she does! Now I’m stuck with a huge bag of dry dog food that my picky Corgi puppy will not eat. At all.
