  • Perfect for destructive chewers

    By on

I have a havanese mix who is a very destructive chewer and is very determined to chew up everything she can find. I was a bit worried that she will chew it and break it as soon as she got it but it has been 2 or 3 weeks and the dino is still alive! however the head is completely chewed up its still securely attached to the rest of the body! its just unrecognizable :) It has definitely helped stop my dog from trying to chew everybody else's things including baby toys. They chewing keeps her distracted and entertained all day long.

  • Power Chewer?

    By on

The photo depicts what my 60lb, 6m lab did in a matter of a hour. I was going through his treat bin and found this, realizing he was over the weight allowance, but figured he is still a puppy so I better give it to him now. It did keep him busy for a bit, but I don't think I would call this a "power" chewer....at least not if your power chewer seeks to destroy toys.

  • MY LAB LOVES THESE

    By on

My lab goes nuts for the dinosaurs! I always order two at a time just to make sure he has one in the living room and our bedroom. I've noticed that his teeth are a bit cleaner and he definitely enjoys the flavor. Big bonus is it keeps him busy for hours, and since labs are chewers these are great for all dogs. I get the large size for our lab and it lasts for a long time.

  • dino tough

    By on

bought some of these for Christmas for my 3 labs and 1 boston. they have endured much chewing and still look pretty good. I think my 20lb boston is the hardest chewer. small bits are shaved off and are passed through with no problems. will be getting more for this Christmas. got a t rex and 2 stegs.very cute

  • Great cheaper chew toy

    By on

I've purchased two so far. My pit lab mix does chew through it and I have to eventually throw it out, but it lasts awhile and keeps him busy. He has a whole basket of toys, if it focused all his time on this one toy, it'd be demolished in one day. But he rotates his toys throughout the day and it lasts a little while. It's a cheap new toy I'll buy once every few months. I bet it cleans his teeth good because of the nubs on it and the way he gnaws on it.

  • Dog is Obsessed with Dino Chew

    By on

My dog is a big fan of bumpy toys, but rips the bumps off of anything even remotely soft. While she has done some damage to this chew, it's holding up very well and is one of her favorite chews. I also like that I can leave it with her in her crate without fearing that she'll chew off a large chunk. I'll definitely purchase another once the current one meets its demise.

  • Best Chew Toy

    By on

My 60 pound Pitbull LOVES this toy, she has a serious chewing problem and usually destroys her toys in a matter of minutes. But this one she has had for about a month and only managed to get the head off, the groves in it make it much more interesting to chew than my shoes she was destroying before! Absolutely fantastic product for any dog who is a serious chewer.

  • Not thrilled

    By on

I was hoping for the TRex but you can't choose when purchasing. We received another type of dinosaur that was more wide and our dog just didn't like the shape of it. Luckily our puppy chews everything so we are getting some use out of it.

  • Thought the large would be bigger

    By on

Not as big as I thought. And it seems to get sharp edges more quickly than the other nylabone items I have. Don't really care for it, once she's chewed on it a while, it looks like it may hurt her mouth. But the price was right and I thought I'd give it a try.

  • Not a favorite

    By on

My dogs did not like, except for the mini Australian Shepherd. Will not buy again for them. The Nylabone is hard enough so that he cannot chew it up in one day. He has been working on it for days and it still is in one piece. I like the idea that it does not have an odor!
