Had high hopes ;(
We really wanted to love this! We have the soccer ball, baseball, and basketball from this nylabone gripz line, which have been a huge hit with our 7-month old goldendoodle. More importantly, they have been indestructible so far. We thought the football would have the same durability, but unfortunately she tore a hole in it 2 minutes and 37 seconds (we timed it!) after giving it to her. Not sure if this is because of the tennis ball fuzz texture or just a quality control issue. If you have even a moderate chewer, I would pass. An unfortunate dud in what has been a great collection of toys for our our dog.
high hopes
I had high hopes for this bc it was soft on my dogs teeth/gums, but the felt came off of it within 10 minutes. Similar to what others experienced.
Football - Better for Indoor
The shape of this football makes it easy to grab, it is fairly heavy and is felted so not a toy to leave outside all of the time.
Dogs LOVE this toy!
This is a sturdy and fun toy. My dog was bored playing fetch, but once we got her one of these footballs, she is obsessed. Definitely her favorite toy now! We're buying one of these for all our family and friends' dogs for Christmas :)
Best footfall for chewers!
My dog loves the Chuck-In footballs but chews thru them in no time at all (English lab). This is pretty sturdy and she carries it around with her on Football Sunday! Good product.
Didn't last long
Got this for a 10 month old who loves to chew. Ball was deflated within an hour of play. Fortunately, she still liked to run around with it in her mouth.
Cute but only for decoration
I got this toy and my 6 month old pup ripped it up in literal seconds. He normally doesn’t rip things up often but there must’ve been something about this material that he just went after… disappointing because it was cute
Waste of money
My 8mo old pup DESTROYED this toy in under 10min. She had the fuzz covering off the ball within seconds. Definitely NOT the quality I was expecting-total disappointment
Dogs love it
My dogs love playing with this. It has held up pretty well for 2 big dogs playing with it all the time.
Poor Quality
This item only lasted an hour at the most. Waste of my money.
