Is this food item safe to feed to terrestrial box turtles?

This food is specially formulated for juvenile turtles, newts and frogs.
Can you feed this to red bellied newts.

While this formula can be soaked and offered occasionally, newts and salamanders need more concentrated proteins and fats than those found in most commercial turtle diets.

bad product

my turtle did not like these and i tried to feed it to all of my turtles and none of them liked it. they just sat around and floated in the water. something is in it that causes my yurtles to not eat it. all of my turtles are perfectly healthy

Great Diet

All of my turtles love this stuff, it's a good size for almost any size turtle. Even my girlfriend's almost 4 inch painted turtle prefers these over any other food.

It was late in the afternoon A day before it was supposed to be here The pellets were a good size but my turtle squirt did not like them At all he was just leaving them alone and they absorb water So that just made things worse I don’t blame chewy I blame the Product my turtle is a little picky when it comes to most things But he really did not like it they were a good size for baby turtles But the other thing is squirt usually likes things bigger then he Is

Perfect choice for my Diamondback Terrapins

Feeding this to my 3month old DBTs - and they adore it! They wolf about 1/2tsp ea. every morning. Love that the first ingredient is Salmon! Great balance of proteins and minerals for their age and not one bite goes to waste.

Babies seem to like them

I've had mixed results feeding these pellets. If you feed them alone with no other foods at the moment my baby aquatics will go after them. If I feed these combined with other processed foods they will usually go for the other foods first. I think these are a beneficial food and will continue to feed them. Just not with other products

The only food my razorback musk turtles will eat :)

My turtles love this food, when they hear me shaking the container they'll come up to the surface to catch the pellets.

High Quality Pellets!

This pellets are quite pricey compared to reptomin or zoo med but the ingredient lists speaks for itself if you are looking for high quality foods. My RES loves these pellets! MY ONLY DISCLAIMER! Each pellet is pretty small which I was not expecting. I would say they’re about 1/4 cm each and the only problem is that a few of them sink before my turtle sees them. I don’t mind though as I have ghost shrimp that will gobble them up, or my RES will scavenge later on in the day, they never stay sitting that long in the tank!
