Fish like...
By Happycatgrandma on Jan 15, 2021
I bought this as a substitute for my regular sinking fish pellets since Chew was out on my last auto ship. My fish like it and I like the size better than my regular ( it's a little larger pellet so it takes less time & product at feeding time ). It is a good price and seems to be more readily available. My only complaint is it says " sinking" which it does not do right away. You either have to tap it down or wait 2-3 min while the fish eat it off the top. It then ends up on top of the lily pads leaving me to clean them up before I walk away every time. So four stars for it NOT sinking completely.

I didn’t know goldfish could be picky eaters
By Poppy on Nov 17, 2020
I bought this and tried feeding it to my goldfish over the course of two weeks. Every single time he swallows the pellets he spits them out immediately! Shows no interest in these pellets at all. Every other fish food I’ve fed him he seems to enjoy (tetra brand fish food flakes, shrimp pellets, freeze dried baby shrimps, vegetables, etc...), but for some reason he doesn’t like these! They sink like advertised and don’t cloud my water. I think they’re nice sized pieces for a grown goldfish!

Perfect size for my larger fish
By mamafirebird on Feb 12, 2020 Top 100 Contributor
My goldfish live in a 75 gallon aquarium that gets handled more like a small indoor pond. I have used these larger pellets as both treats, and also loaded into my automatic feeder (be sure to adjust the amount dispensed with the feeder, as the larger pellet size might mean adjusting both the food dispensed, and perhaps the schedule, too, in comparison to smaller pellets). This stuff sinks slowly, and will happily be eaten by my catfish or plecostomus if the goldfish miss a pellet or two. Water stays clean, fish seem to enjoy it. Be sure to verify the pellets aren't too big -or too small - for your own fish; when I first started feeding this as a treat, I could see the fish with smaller mouths My goldfish live in a 75 gallon aquarium that gets handled more like a small indoor pond. Have a disabled Koi. Needed sinking food to keep it nourished. So glad you carry this product!

Tank became cloudy fast
By Adh1104 on Jan 20, 2020
I got these bigger pellets since my goldfish have gotten much larger over the years, but these made the water so dirty in just a few days with a new filter. They also sank into the rocks almost immediately. I can barely see the fish at this point.

HAPPY GOLD FISH!
By Becky on Dec 17, 2019
Thank You Chewy for carrying the Omega One GF food. We have several large water tanks for cattle & mini donkeys; Goldfish & Koi live in our tanks & help keep them clean. Especially in winter, we supplement their food source. We use Med size pellets and small size for fish babies. This brand also doesn’t murky up the water like flakes & other brands! Merry Christmas Chewy!!

Must be soaked
By molite on Nov 7, 2019
These are hard pellets and I think they are too big for my fish. I soaked them for a few days but they get mushy outside and hard inside so they still have trouble eating it. Smaller ones. I bought saki hikari instead. I can feed these pellets when they get bigger.

Clean food
By Destiny on Oct 31, 2019
I like using Omega One Goldfish Pellets because they sink to the bottom and do not make the water dirty. Iv been feeding my fish this for years and they like it.
