    Cardboard eating poodles

    By on

Both my standard poodles LOVE ripping up cardboard. I buy the large rings, cut them in half and give half to each dog. Right now, it looks like a cardboard factory exploded in my living room. They chew off the minty stuff then proceed to peel & chew layers of cardboard for days afterward. I just pulled a piece of chewed up cardboard out of my older dog’s front teeth which look better than they have in weeks. Up until I found these, I was giving the dogs the toilet paper or paper towel cardboard. I figured these are less toxic & the minty stuff is a bonus. They ARE kind of expensive, which is why I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

Not what I was looking for

    By on

When I received this product, I was very dissatisfied. All cardboard... Why would you make a product out of cardboard when it's not good for dogs. Not all dogs chew the same way, some bite down and others like to play with it. Not recommend..Bad investment.

    Made of cardboard

    By on

This item is made of cardboard so it obviously doesn’t last more than 10 seconds before a dog can start to tear it apart. Of course you are supposed to take it away as soon as pieces start to come off. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

    GSD TORE TO PIECES

    By on

My large 85lb GSD had one large ring torn apart in less than 2 minutes! Had to take it away from her because she was trying to eat it. I will not be buying any more.

    Very disappointed

    By on

From the picture and the description, I thought these would be great, but unfortunately all they achieve is a big mess. Pieces of wet cardboard on the floor and in my dogs mouth and teeth that I had to clean-up. Luckily I tried it on my 12 year old miniature Schnauzer first, before giving one to my daughter's new puppy. Needless to say, I didn't.

    Shortcut for cleaning teeth?

    By on

I was eager to try this product. (After paying $600 for a dental cleaning I will try anything.) My dog began chewing hers immediately. Directions say to have the dog chew on it for 15 minutes and take it away. She completely destroyed it in under five minutes - tiny pieces of the cardboard littered the living room floor. I am not sure it cleaned her teeth but she sure liked it.

    Not impressed

    By on

I bought thinking it was a dental chew all around. Meaning I could give it to my dog and she could chew/ eat it. Nope, just mint green stuff in the top and a cardboard exterior. The disappointment is real :(

Made a mess but she loved it!

    By on

My pup shredded this thing and left bits of cardboard all over the place but it was easy to clean up, and better than chewing up my misses’ Jimmy Chew shoes or whatever!
