I love this cat tree! I've been resistant to cat trees because they get so worn and old-looking, but this one blends in almost like greenery and I think it's more exciting for my cat to explore. My kitty is still very cautious around the tree but I'm confident that she will increasing enjoy it. The grass at the bottom is relatively high quality (much better than the astroturf I member from the 80s) and my cat enjoys laying and scratching in it. The levels are a little wobbly, but I think I need to go back and tighten the nuts that hold them together. Also, I live in a 460 square-foot apartment and was afraid that the 60" tree would dominate the space, but it doesn't. It fits in well. I would definitely recommend this tree.
While this was very easy to put together the branches do not stay in the holes. They constantly fall out. The cat is terrified of it. The cat doesn't even want to get near it. I tried to lure him in with catnip but as soon as I got him on the cat tree more of the branches fell out. Totally worthless. I should just bought the 2x4 and some plywood and hammered it together. I wanted something that was waterproof to put outside. This has carpet on it luckily it dries fast. But it is super sparse and not full at all like the photo. Do not recommend at all. Wish I could take it back but I wouldn't even know how to box it up and ship it
It's nice but I originally tried to cancel it and it wasn't canceled and my cat is afraid of it so it's in the box I don't have any use for it sorry I thought he would like it
I think the manufacturer was trying too hard to mimic real life 5ft tree shrubs when they made this..... My cats would explore it and once it starts swaying back and forth they would jump off..... The assembly was quite easy even though the instructions were amusing. "If rod is not long enough, unscrew a little bit to make it longer...." Probably need to anchor it down like the other person with the L-shaped brackets to keep it from wobbling. At least one of my cats found something they liked.....
My cats were hesitant at first but now they love!! It took them awhile to figure out how to get in and up and down but they now play and sleep in it all the time!!
I was excited to get this for my cats, but they won’t use it because it’s too wobbly. I spent a lot of money on a cat tree that looks nice but that my cats don’t like. Even with treats layer on every level the cats still won’t get on it.
Great quality, leaves and branches adjustable. Classy. (Will add a photo soon)
I think the cat tree is great for any playful cat. I have a 4 month old kitten and he LOVES it already. Although while I was putting it together. I noticed the middle section wooden piece doesn’t have any holes for the leaves to go into. So it looks pretty goofy. I’m not sure who to contact about getting a replacement piece. I would it more if this tree was put together the way it’s intended to be.
Love the concept of the tree, but the shelves are too small for an average sized cat. The tree would probably be appropriate for small kitttens though. The top shelf has the largest unobstructed area for a cat to sleep. My 6 lb cat could curl up there if she wanted to, but she doesn't seem to care for the tree much. The same shelf is definitely is too small for my 10 lb and my 14 lb cat. Assembly was easy and the tree is sturdier than I had expected.
Gave this to my nephew, Maximus the bobcat for Christmas. Took him about a month to start using it. Now he loves it. Loves to hide in it and jump out at my sister. Lol.
