Dog Lover Forever
I absolutley LOVE this leash! It gives me much better control than with a retractable leash. It is well made and also greatly reduces feeling jerking and sudden movements! Which I really appreciate with being older and arthritic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Omg what a difference a little elastic makes! My little rescue staffie is like a tugboat. She pulls and pulls for squirrels. My arm and shoulder aching, I even resorted to connecting leash to my belt! Still my whole body was aching from her sudden dashes. Yes she’s in training and it’s hard to resist nature! So while she’s not perfect this leash is taking the sting out of her energy! Ps as she does circles the leash twists which makes it smaller. So less free rein. Actions have consequences ... I love this leash!

I like it is really good. I was hoping it was a little bit longer I would stretch out a little bit longer that it is what it is
Does the job well, however...
We ordered this to limit the pain my fiancé was getting in his arm whenever our pup would tug. It does the job well however it's only to an extent. I have a 65 lbs Shepard mix that we're training but when she suddenly tries to pull, my fiancé arm is suddenly jerked. While it does limit the shock of this, it's not completely full proof and still causes some strain around the wrists.

Love it for running!
I use this leash often when I go running with my dog. It keeps him close and the elastic is tight and has a little bit of give, enough for him to smell and keep going. I will purchase this again and again.
great idea but should be heavier duty
I liked this at first because of the bungee idea which is great and allowed the dog to exercise and build some muscle but at a certain point the stitching and build is very unforgiving and any extra pull will rip it at the stitching. Not too pricey so isent bad but should hold up better

Could not hold up to a tug of my Dutch
I bought this leash a few months ago and right off the bat I wasn’t thrilled. It wasn’t nearly as heavy duty as it looks in the picture. I’ve actually been looking to replace it because the bungee on the inside isn’t very strong and felt like it was fraying. I had no idea that I should be worried about the claps! Well 6am is not a good time to have a leash malfunction but Murphy and his stupid law thought it was the perfect time. My Dutch Shepard is about 55 pounds and she saw a lady and her dog approaching from behind and one tug was all it took to snap the metal like twigs and off she went. Thank God she came right back! But after the One Tigris harness snapped off of her I guess I shouldn’t be surprised the leash went the same rout. I suggest if your shopping for a strong dog, skip the regular brand stuff and shop what the k9 officers shop. I’ve had to upgrade all my dogs walking items to clasps meant to last. Trust me it’s worth the higher price tag!!
