Chair Scram Dog & Cat Deterrent Mat

I have these pads on my kitchen counter to deter my cats. They step on the pad, it sounds loudly and my cats just stare at it and continue on. Possibly in a different scenario, they would work.

Works well but doesnt cover a full couch

I got 3 of them because I have multiple couches that my dog cant resist. I had to use all 3 on one couch because they only cover a cushion each. They are battery operated, had to purchase batteries separately. I leave them turned on all day (theres an on/off switch). When touched, they let out a quick high pitched sound. They work well, she has only been sleeping in her beds. I also like that she doesnt need to wear a collar with a sensor in order for it to work. I will purchase more for the rest of the couches.
