Description

Protect your precious kitty from fleas and ticks the safe and effective way with the Only Natural Pet EasyDefense Squeeze-On. Using the power of natural Geranium, Thyme, and Peppermint plant extracts, these unique tubes are completely free of pesticides and toxins, making them safe for your furry friends, and sparing you from applying dangerous chemicals. The soothing almond oil creates the soluble base that allows the active botanicals to create an invisible barrier around your cat—and the easy-application tube makes it easier than ever to protect your feline from pests. To humans and cats, these unique tubes carry a pleasant, soft smell, but the scent makes one thing clear to fleas and ticks—they aren’t welcome on the back of your furry friend. Keep them safe the natural way, with Only Natural Pets.

Key Benefits
  • A unique blend of botanicals, including geraniol (a natural extract of geraniums), thyme, and peppermint, this repellant works successfully against fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.
  • The natural alternative to common pesticides, this effective flea and tick repellant is long-lasting and safe around dogs and humans.
  • Gentle and soothing almond oil is used as a soluble base for the active botanicals to quickly and effectively create a repellant barrier around your cat.
  • Easy application tube lets you simple spread the hair between your cat’s shoulder blades until you see skin—apply the entire tube, and your kitty will be protected for an entire month!
  • Unlike similar products, these squeeze-ons feature a pleasant smell for you and your feline friend, but emit an unwelcoming scent for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.
Precautions

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash hands immediately with soap and warm water after dispensing.

Important Information

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Peppermint Oil 4.4%, Thyme Oil 1.1%, Geraniol 1%.

Inactive Ingredients: Almond Oil 93.5%.

Instructions
  1. Snap the cap off the tip of the tube.
  2. Lift or spread the hair between the shoulder blades of the cat until you can see the skin.
  3. Place the tip on the skin area of the cat and apply. Hold the cat briefly, allowing the liquid to absorb. If needed, tube contents may be applied in this manner over several days, resealing the tube daily until entire dose is applied. To reseal tube, turn the cross-shaped cap upside down, inserting it back in tube.
  4. Work any excess oil into hair before allowing your pet near furniture. Avoid bathing or submerging your cat in water for 24 hours after applications.

Apply once a month for continuous protection, or more frequently as needed. Reapply after bathing with soap or shampoo.

EasyDefense Herbal Squeeze-On is water resistant but not waterproof. Reapply after bathing with soap or shampoo. Apply more frequently if your pet swims often.

Occasionally some cats may have a reaction to the essential oils in the EasyDefense Herbal Squeeze-On, so we recommend testing the product initially by applying a few drops on the nape of the neck, and waiting 24 hours to evaluate any response before applying the full dose. If you do see an adverse reaction, wash your cat with a shampoo or dishwashing liquid that contains detergents, as this is the most effective way to remove the oils causing the reaction. This is not a common occurrence, but it is a good safeguard to use with any squeeze-on or spot-on products.

    Absolute no

By catgirl on Oct 13, 2020

I love chewy but I have to say a definite no to this product. I put it on my cat and the smell was so over powering just like the other reviews said and it made her excessively drool when she tried to lick it off. She managed to reach some of it even though I put it between her shoulder blades. But it’s been irritating her skin for the last couple days now and I’ve tried my hardest to wash it off her but it just sticks. So I’m taking her to the vet tomorrow to get it off and stop her from itching. She’s been miserable.

    Smells Great

By Woodwind on Nov 13, 2020

Once I dispense the tube, I take his brush and brush the oil through the top of his coat for a few days until the oil spot is gone. It does work! Bailey has a heart issue and I don't want to use chemicals on him.

    indoor Cats Only

By sandy on Aug 2, 2020

From other reviews I gathered this product might only be super effective on indoor cats, I have two and they don’t mind the smell, though my room smells like peppermint for 2-3 days after and as others have said there is an oily spot for a few days. I assume this is from the fact thus product is made OILS and just took a few days to soak in. I noticed the fleas went away BBC and had no issues until a re-infestation by my dog. I recommend this product but always keep in mind not every product is right fit every pet

    Don't bother.

By Margie on Jul 27, 2020

I have two indoor cats that have fleas and seeing as I'm always on board with natural/holistic methods, I was really eager to use this to help them with their awful scratching and fleas. I use the squeeze on flea treatment in collaboration with the Only Natural Pet flea collar and they has just as many fleas with the treatment than they did without it! It did not work one bit. Would not recommend, although they do smell lovely. It's WAAYYY to oily and ineffective.

    Jury's Out

By Camillz on Jun 16, 2020

Rose the Cat is very sensitive to odors. After nearly nine years of giving her another product for large cats monthly, she attacked me last month. Though she is an inside cat, we live in the woods and I want to make sure no fleas or ticks that may come in on me get to her. So! I tried this product. I've never seen fleas or ticks on Rose, so don't know how affective it is on those critters. It IS, however, "greasy". Her neck stayed wet looking for days, much longer than another product. To humans, I believe this product smells good. A floral scent is present at first, then a more herbal scent remains for several days. Rose didn't seem to mind it, though the noise it made squirting out of Rose the Cat is very sensitive to odors. Really works!

By Tigger on May 23, 2020

Before "Only Natural Pet" my cat fought each treatment, the chemical smell sent her running before I could get it on her. The chemicals appeared to hurt/burn (?) her skin. She doesn't even notice this going on and the smell is natural and doesn't bother either of us. I was afraid it wouldn't keep the ticks
