    Bo is a 16 YO shiba with cataracts. He's in pretty good health except for his eyes. When the prescription eyedrops ran out, I ordered a tube of this to help keep his eyes moist, and I also made a vet appointment to renew the prescription. Before she could make her recommendation, I asked her about this stuff. She told me that was what she was going to recommend. I've used it now for about a week. Bo's eyes are staying moist. So I guess it works. Because this is gel rather than drops, it's a little blobby about coming out of the tube, but as long as it works, Bo and I will learn to live with the blobbiness. … more

    If I must ...

    I'm using this product as recommended by my vet, but the packaging isn't that great. It doesn't come out in drops, sometimes it's a stream and as the product gets low, sometimes just air comes out. I try to store it tip down, but doesn't seem to be the solution. I'll keep using it due to the vet recommendation I'm using this product as recommended by my vet, but the packaging isn't that great.
