A nice mat

It's a nice mat under the water dish, unfortunately for me my younger dog practically sprints away with water spilling from her mouth.

one flaw

While this product delivers on size & doesn't slip it is hard to get by the smell of the rubber. I placed them outside in hopes the cold winter winds would lessen the smell. I've tried fabreze-as soon as I walk into the kitchen I can smell them. I'm not sure if the smell is lessening or I have just gotten used to it-would be 5 stars without the smell-3 due to the odor.

This is exactly what I was looking for to protect my hardwood flooring from spills and messes. Since its cork it also keeps the bowl from sliding while they're eating! A great buy!

I was hesitant to buy this product after I read reviews of it being thin. However, in my opinion it was not flimsy and was thick enough to absorb water spillage. I would recommend this cute placemat!
