Nail grinder
By Ruby on Nov 16, 2020
This is the second time I have purchased this dog nail grinder. I wore the first one completely out. Have 4 Poms. And 2 of then hate regular nail Clippers so I gave this a try. Love it. Was glad to get my new one!!! Much safer than regular Clippers. No accidents with this, can't cut to much nail off.

Battery operated, goes to low power quickly.
By dogmom on Dec 26, 2020
Wished I had looked more carefully that it was battery operated. New batteries were fine for a short while, then the power goes down quickly. Maybe ok for small dog with small nails but not for big dog nails.

Great for the scary-cat/dogs!
By Olivia on Nov 22, 2020
This tool is not too loud so it doesn't scare my dogs, and it works pretty fast so they don't have to 'suffer' for so long. I like that the plastic cap can come off if I need more freedom, but the cap does serve as a nice guide so you don't cut their nails to short. The ONLY critique is that you can't press super hard or else the dremel will stop spinning because of the pressure. Otherwise, definitely recommend for skiddish pups!

Don't waste your money
By Kimber on Jan 10, 2021
As soon as you put the tip against your dogs nail it dies down & barely moves, no matter which brand of batteries you use. I would not recommend a battery operated nail trimmer.

Works pretty well
By Dawn on Aug 25, 2020
I had some trouble at first because the grinding head kept flying off, even with the screw tightened fully. I worked out that it has to be used grinding in one direction against the nail—so not from both sides of the nail. Once I switched to grinding from one side only, it stayed in place. Also the guide seemed to get in the way, so I removed it and had much more success using the grinder.

Poor quality, broke after 3 months
By Chesko on Aug 23, 2020
This item wasn't especially easy to get set up/change the grinder but once it was working it was ok. Not especially strong but was "fine." After less than 3 months, however, it broke. The little screw that holds the rubber pad and sand paper on came off and I can't find it. Very disappointing, seems to be a cheap product and now I've wasted money on it and still ended up buying a namebrand Dremel in the end. (Good news is, my dog didnt love his nails being trimmed but was ok about it, so at least this is easier than clippers).

Dog grinder
By Denise on Nov 20, 2020
I bought this cause my dog hates his nails cut and this is the worst nail grinder I have ever used. It might work on cats but it's horrible for dogs. Very disappointed

Falls apart
By annie on Dec 25, 2020
The grinder itself falls apart. when grinding my dogs nails the filing pieces come out and come apart immediatly.
