Cheaply Made
By Chaden on Apr 23, 2021
I've used this grinder only about 10 times and then the grinding wheels literally flew apart. On top of that it sucks through batteries very quickly. I've already had to replace the AA's 3 times. I'm looking for a replacement now.

Gets through my huskies nails
By 899k on Apr 6, 2021
My dog hates the groomers and this has been the solution. He hates this too and chewed it but it still works and has grown patient a nice simple tool Eve. If he only lets me do one paw a day better than never trimming them. Definitely change the tips often my dog has thick big nails use with caution the nails do get hot

Don’t waste your money
By Disgusted on Apr 4, 2021
Oster is usually a good brand, but this is an epic fail. Stopped working halfway through the trimming and I never could get it started again. You should be ashamed Oster!! I’ll definitely think twice before buying any Oster product in the future.

NOT A GOOD CHOICE
By KESR on Mar 12, 2021
This Oster tool is not a good choice for pet nail trimming, as it has no power regardless of the batteries I used. It would be better to used a Dremel tool with the nail guard that is rechargeable rather than this Oster that requires 4 AA batteries.

Oster Gentle Paws
By jfrye on Jan 27, 2021
I got this for my senior dog and he did not like it one bit!! The product was a little hard for me to handle due to issues with one of my hands, and it wasn't whisper quiet as I had hoped. I think I've wasted my money of this, but it is what it is.

Works great!
By Becks on Feb 17, 2021
My Terrier hates having his nails cut. This gentle grinder works wonderfully to keep his nails to a nice length without having the stress of trimming.

Do not buy if you have a medium or larger dog
By Jenna on Jan 26, 2021
This file probably works well for cats and small dogs however, I have a border collie and this file had a hard time taking down his nails. It wasn't too loud though, so that was a plus.

Maybe ok for cats
By Spotz on Feb 19, 2021
Bought it to introduce 10 week old puppies to nail grinding. Quiet but not powerful enough to quickly do nails on more than one puppy.

Great for the scary-cat/dogs!
By Melanie on Nov 23, 2020
This tool is not too loud so it doesn't scare my dogs, and it works pretty fast so they don't have to 'suffer' for so long. I like that the plastic cap can come off if I need more freedom, but the cap does serve as a nice guide so you don't cut their nails to short. The ONLY critique is that you can't press super hard or else the dremel will stop spinning because of the pressure. Otherwise, definitely recommend for skiddish pups!
