Very well constructed and large enough that kitty fits comfortably. The included catnip was also a big hit. Will be adding this item to a subscription order and replacing older, smaller scratching boards.
My cat really enjoys this. However, since I've been buying them the price has more than doubled. I'm not sure a bunch of cardboard justifies the cost.
This scratch pad has become THE place for HRH to sit during the day (when she's not absorbing sun rays elsewhere). She'll sit and ask for more catnip when we pass by; apparently, the stuff is the BEST! The width of this pad holds her, um, "fluffiness" well and she appears to be quite comfortable snoozing, scratching, snoozing..... 10 Stars!
love ordering from chewy always arrives in timely manners ,,great quality products thank you
My cats love these scratchers and I wish I'd gotten them years ago. They have completely stopped clawing couch and chairs and give the scratchers a workout several times a day.
Somehow on day one, one of my cats broke this cardboard scratcher into two pieces. Although I don't think that it really would have mattered anyway. There is no way for this board to adhere to the floor or stick to the carpet. It just slides around. I do have to say that one of my little guys seems to like laying on it (probably because of the catnip) but it does nothing to deter scratching the leather couch.
Just took in shelter cat, so I have two now, they love the scratcher and getting a lot of use
I have a large cat and she loves using this scratcher, although it could be a little wider.
Got these for my two grand-kitties. They are really a hit, especially when it's raining and they must say inside.
I actually ordered these by mistake but my cats like them. The scratch them then lay on them.
