    Design flaw

By Hiker on Jan 17, 2021

Overall I like this product but i think it has a design flaw in the shoulder straps. If you cross them in the back as the design intends, the cross creeps up to the back of the wearers neck and all the pressure is on the back of your neck. If you cross them in the back as the design intends, the cross creeps up to the back of the wearers neck and all the pressure is on the back of your neck. Not proportioned correctly for dog size/weight

By LoveACT on Jan 16, 2021

Also, I can't imagine carrying a 20 lb. dog in this because of the way the thin straps are set up. I would think this would put too much weight on someone's shoulders/low back. My dog really disliked going in this because it was so snug on him (his bum squished against one of the sides uncomfortably). Once I had the backpack on, I couldn't put him in it on my own. It's not long or wide enough to fit his body comfortably. It is, however, deep enough, so smaller dogs may not fit in this sized bag comfortably either, because the sides would be too tall for the dogs' heads to poke out. … more
