No interest

This toy was cute and seemed like a great option and idea. Unfortunately, Ive had two different bunnies that have had no interest in this toy. My buns love to chew cardboard, hay and chews so I thought this was a cute and perfect addition. I am going to get rid of it because its taking up space unfortunately.

one of my favorties

oxbow is always great and this toy was no exception. i love that they use all recyclable packaging, and i can even reuse the ties they use instead of the typical plastic zipties! my mice chew through these pretty fast, but they love to use the boxes as hides. its very cute! love this product

Not a Favorite

My bunnies usually love hanging toys, so I was excited to try this. However, when it arrived, it was pretty beat up, so the cardboard was misshapen. It wasn't unusable, but it made it more difficult to hide treats or forage in the boxes since it just fell right out. The hay was also not fresh at all, it was completely yellow. Neither of my bunnies were interested in this toy.

Awesome product

My pigs can not get enough of this, I refill the cubes with hay and they will play with it for hours every time.

Good toy, not necessarily for rats

So I buy similar toys at my local pet store for my rats, albeit smaller, but I thought I would give this one a shot because they could use the straw inside for bedding, if nothing else. I made a mistake and didn't read the measurements thoroughly enough; while it definitely works for my girls, getting anything out really isn't a struggle for them. Having a nice forage toy for them to get some bedding is nice though, and I do recommend the toy for anyone with a larger pet, your rats might find it a bit too easy.

Not thrilled

Loki is not too thrilled with this product. I put treats in it, he'll sniff it, maybe throw it, but that's it. Not saying other rabbits won't like it. Mine just seems to be really really picky.

Great Toy for Rabbits

My boy loves the hide box hanger - hung it on the side of his x-pen, he loves to pull the hay out of the cubes, nibble on the cardboard, and knock it down.

My robo hamster LOVES this!

I wasn't sure what to think of the toy at first since it was a lot large than I thought it would be. I guess that's what I get for not really looking at the dimensions or reading a lot of reviews :P. In the end, it actually ended up being perfect that it was large! I made some modifications to the toy, such as cutting the string that is holding all 3 boxes together and removing the hay inside because it's pretty stiff. I instead have the boxes filled with different materials, like strings of nesting paper or moss, and I occasionally hide treats inside them. I have the box turned on its side so one of the holes are sticking up, and my hamster loves to run through them and stick his head out the top while he's making rounds through his enclosure. There's several different ways you could use these for enrichment, plus they also make for another hide if you have a dwarf hamster.

Great for some pigs

All three of our pigs love these. But one of ours just eats the boxes rather than working to get the hay out. Less than ideal for her digestive track. Less than 3 days for her to wreck these.

Piggies not interested

I replaced the hay inside with orchard grass which is what my piggies eat and then the hook broke in half while trying to hang it on the cage so I had to tie it instead. So far they haven't really approached it.
