I have a 2-year-old rabbit who hates toys. No matter what kind of toy it just sits in her enclosure or in the room and is never touched. As a last resort, I got this since it looks like the grass mat she likes and thought maybe she would inadvertently play with the toys. I put it in her enclosure and she went straight to it! She's not chewing on it but she's tossing the toys up and doing binkies and doing it again! FINALLY! I'll be buying a few more for her.
Safe for bunnies! Lasts a good while!

The wooden screws on this mat are awesome! It’s easy to add more dangly bits on their when some get chewed off! Oxbow- one of the only brands that make rabbit products out of things that are actually safe and healthy for them! Thank you! And thank you Chewy for carrying them!
Bunny loves it!

My rabbit absolutely loves this! She’s on her third mat already. She plays with it and chews it all the time. The whole thing is rabbit safe and edible. The chew-safe wooden screws are easy to reposition and reuse.

It’s a little smaller than I thought it would be but I guess I didn’t read the measurements lol, other than that it’s awesome! Love the wooden screws.
Not suitable for rats

The Oxbow Enriched Life Play Wall was a fun idea while it lasted, I wanted to add some more toys to my double critter nation full of six female fancy rats but the clips did not fit into the bars in any way (which is ridiculous because critter nation is an incredibly common cage). I had to fasten my own clips and even then the rats had zero interest in the wall. I think this toy would be good for guinea pigs or rabbits but it is misleading that they would advertise this toy for all small animals. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR RATS. It is a waste of money. I would suggest simply buying regular hanging chews.
Guinea Pig Loved it

Our guinea pig immediately started investigating this as soon as we put it in the page. He plays with it often. It is something I will will definitely keep around and get replacement parts for.

My rabbit loves this; she nibbles on the toys all the time. I have already reordered the dangles, so I have them on hand. She especially loves the little white twine pieces.
Amazed by this!!

I have Guinea pigs who seemed to not like toys. I've bought other brand hanging toys and no intrest from my pigs. They love oxbow hay and treats, so I took a chance and bought the play mat. OMG!!! My pigs are in love! I should have bought 2 because they are fighting to take turns chewing on everything. To make it even more amazing I can buy different hanging parts to switch it up and keep it fresh for my little piggies. Will be buying more in the future!

Buns were all over this thing, right out of the box. Lots of different bunny safe materials to chew on. The bolts (which are wooden!) are too small to attach to a standard xpen but it can easily be tied on instead. I'm sure they will destroy it rather quickly (though the mat looks more durable than most woven toys) but that's kinda how it works when they like something.
My bun loves it!
