Love it with our little modification! Lasts much longer this way!

By GuineaPiggyMom on Nov 4, 2020

Usually, our cavies demolish this in a couple of hours or less. (Seriously, we're talking tiny pieces.) So, we've been stuffing this with hay, and it lasts so much longer. It keeps our cavies busy, ensuring that they get the play time and foraging exercise they need. Just use your fingers to make a hole big enough to stuff hay inside the ball, fill it FULL of hay (we suggest using Oxbow "treat hay" like Oat, Botanical, or Alfalfa), and then close it back up, pushing the outer parts back together. You can also stuff in tiny pieces of dry treats with or without the hay, like Oxbow Simple Rewards Timothy treats or any of the dry, biscuit-type of vitamin supplements. Bunny’s favorite

By Melissa on Jan 1, 2021

My bunny loves these, so I bought 2. My bunny chews through them usually in a week. This is probably her favorite toy! I buy these and the Niteangel balls because she loves them and it gives her an assortment to keep her entertained :)

My Rabbits Love Tearing These Up!

By Sena on Jan 7, 2021

I have 3 rabbits (a polish dwarf, a blue Dutch, and a Rex) and they ALL love it. These rattan balls do not last long! 2 days max, but usually no more than a few hours.

my rabbit destroyed it, but she loves it

By izze on Jun 23, 2020

My rabbit has several toys which she has no interest in, but she loves this one. But she destroyed it overnight which is my only complaint, but it’s to be expected. Even though there’s only a little bit left of the toy she still plays with it

My Netherland mix bunny likes it

By Tilly on Jun 4, 2020

It was the first one he chewed on. The size is perfect because he's only 3.5 lbs. He's not interested in the 2 wooden beads inside which is good. Could be choking hazard.

    These are very nice!

By CrazyPetGuy on Jan 24, 2020 Top 50 Contributor

These are very, very, very nice! It's called the "Rattan" ball, and I use it for Rats (lol). Rats, as well as many other little chewers, usually absolutely LOVE these! Only problem I have is that it's nearly $3 for a single toy...I wish three could come in this (I would happily pay $4 for 3!) I would appreciate if they made for people who can't pay $3 for a single willow ball (these go by quickly!) Just hoping they can make a product like this that is more "price-safe" :)
