Is this something to be fed isntead of hay or do you put it with? Like can this be fed as primary food for adult rabbits.

The manufacturer recommends that 75% of a rabbits diet be grass hay, 20% be a fortified food (such as this) and 5% be treats and greens.

This food will have an expiration date. Every expiration date will be different for each bag, as different batches are constantly being produced. The expiration date will be stamped on the bag to reference.

25lbs is A LOT

Amazing product! And surprisingly cheap for the amount you get. I got the 25lbs option and it is really big, I had a lot of trouble getting the whole package up the stairs with all the other stuff I got. so be warned you'll get way more than enough for what you pay for. 😅😂

Only One To Use For Bunnies

My bunnies only get the best of food and items. Oxbow is the only brand I would use for my babies. They love them and I feel good giving them this brand.

Exceptional product from an exceptional company

As with all of the Oxbow products, this food is the best. We have been using their foods and treats for ten years and have not been disappointed. They are healthy, loved by all of our rabbits, made in the USA, and dependably high-quality.

Mt rabbit does not like this

I alwsys get the Manna Pro it was out of stock I resorted to this and she won't eat it at all what do I do with 25lbs of pellets

Gone down hill

They were bought out this year. Their original formula contained ZERO soy! For the last, probably 5-8yrs, now, soy has been listed as an ingredient, but rather low on the list. I am appalled to read today's Ingredient list!!! SOY, SOY, SOY, SOY! Never feed soy ANYTHING to male rabbits! For one thing, they lose the ruff under their neck. I have noticed this happen to my male bunny ever since they began adding soy. Soy is a phyto-ESTROGEN! Acts the same way in humans! I have fed Oxbow for nearly 30yrs to my buns. I'm heart broken that they were bought out, & are systematically being destroyed. :"(

Best for bunnies

Oxbow Adult Rabbit Pellets are what my veterinarian suggested, as it is a well-balanced feed for bunnies. It has clear feeding directions, and all my bunnies it. Oxbow is a brand we can trust.

Quality pelleted feed for bunnies

Our therapy bunnies have a diet primarily made up of quality timothy hay but they enjoy a small amount of pellets each day too. Oxbow does a great job of high quality ingredients without unnecessary filler.

I highly recommend oxbows rabbit pellets they have all the nutrients your rabbit needs and they are timothy based like they should be also the cheapest option for timothy pellets and my bunnies love them!
