Oxbow has great ingredients for a well-balanced pellet and it isn't as expensive as other similar-quality pellets on the market. I always recommend Oxbow to fellow rabbit-owners. My only gripe with my order is that the box was not at all packages well; the box was not folded correctly and was bent in multiple places-- definitely a carrier problem.
My bun, Ebony, loves this food! I put it in his treat toy and his toy box and watch him go crazy at digging for his food. This way he gets some mental stimulation and exercise. This is a good product too with the right balance of nutrition to supplement his daily hay and greens.
This is my bunny go to food. I will never change. My girls are happy and healthy. They have been eating this food for months. My mini lop is iffy with certain foods , even fruits and vegetables, but these pellets make her zoom at my feet at breakfast
I have 2 rescue bunnies Tater and Spud who have been on Oxbow since I got them but it's always been the regular oxbow. They would eat it but never really seemed excited about it. I got this along with their regular food to see how they liked it. Tater is my picky nethie and he went crazy! He now binkies at feeding time and tries to grab the measuring cup out of my hand. Spud has always been easy to please but you can tell he is enjoying this food a lot more. It is definitely in the rotation now.
I like how this is non gmo and does not contain soy. The bottom always is a bit dusty so when I get there I sift it out. My bunnies are 5-7 lbs so they each get 1/4 cup per day. Remember to transition slowly if you're changing from a different food.
My rescue bunny really loves it but I feel more than not it was really dusty this time which was unfortunate. Got atleast 2 cups of dust. I'll continue buying it because my girl loves it and she only deserves the best
We just rescued a 3 yr old male 1/2 Lionshead & 1/2 Lop rabbit. He is stunning & so sweet and he loves this very much so it must be good! Hopefully, it will keep him healthy also in the long term.
Seems to be healthy and my bunnies like it a lot
In my opinion, this is the best rabbit food out there. Nutritionally - it is fantastic, it's affordable, and my rabbit loves it. I mix a 2|1 ratio of this to sunbeam to add in some treats.
I have a Flemish giant rabbit and a mini rex rabbit. They love their food. I use a foraging mat with these pellets for additional enrichment. The pellets are also great for putting in stacking cups and puzzles.
