My bun has her unlimited timothy hay, but she has always loved hay cubes in addition. I was always bummed that Oxbox doesn't sell hay cubes but this does the job, and the added chamomile is a nice touch. It is EXTREMELY messy (don't let the advertising mislead you), but I don't mind the clean up if it means my bun is happy. They're separated into these 4 "blocks" so I normally put a block of hay on a pee pad and let her go to town on it and she finishes it in 3 days. Will definitely be buying more and different varieties.
I bought this as an additional treat for my guinea pigs at playtime and they absolutely love it. A lot less messy compared to their loose hay feed. Works as a great chew toy since I leave it compressed. One compressed stack lasts about a week since they only get this at playtime. They still go crazy for it even after it's been sitting out.
Many days of eating hay with 1 rolled piece. My bunnies love it!
I put this in their cage and they sniffed it but ignored it. I then broke it open and they nibbled a bit. It's been a few days now and it doesn't look like they've eaten much of it. Maybe they just don't care for the chamomile. I'll have to try a different flavor before giving up on these altogether.
My chinchilla has no interest in these stacks. Hey I will never get these again
My bun is so obsessed with these. She even prefers to eat them over her actual orchard hay in her feeder. She prefers this flavor over the carrot variation of it.
My rabbit would not touch these for some reason. I also didn't like the fact there was sharp jagged pieces of straw sticking out.
Wanted to love this but my bunny made such a mess of it.
My guinea pigs love these. It’s great hay and entertains them for a bit. They eat it right when it goes in their cage and the chamomile definitely clams them a bit.
I’d never bought anything other than bags of oxbow hay before but holy cow! This is the freshest, greenest hay I’ve ever gotten! I’m beyond impressed at all the flavors of the harvest stacks!
