    Fantastic product

    Oxbow's Oat hay has a tendency to get a lot more "dusty" hay particles in the bottom compared to come of their other hay products, but it's a great, healthy choice for breaking up the monotony of the same hays every day for our rabbit, chinchilla, and guinea pig.     Sometimes its good, sometime it's very bad

    I've bought this hay 4 times total. The first 3 bags were great. Bunny ate the seed heads mostly, but some of the stems. No problems with digestion and she had nice large healthy poops signifying she's getting enough fiber. The last bag I bought though, I believe the seed heads were too mature I've bought this hay 4 times total. The first 3 bags were great. Bunny ate the seed heads mostly, but some of the stems. No problems with digestion and she had nice large healthy poops signifying she's getting enough fiber. The last bag I bought though, I believe the seed heads were too mature. Both days I gave her this hay she seemed to have gas pain and dark wet poops. Pretty much the same thing that happens when she gets too much banana or actual oat groats. That never happens with sps oat hay. And she eats all the seed heads she wants. I won't be giving her anymore of this bag I just bought. I hate wasting hay. … more
