Great Product
By Elle on Feb 19, 2021
Our dog has teeth and gums problems and this has been a real blessing, for him and us. His breath is 200 per cent better and he is acting like a puppy again. Helps with any discomfort they are having and also makes it so you can love on them and not be over come by bad breath. He doesn't mind the taste as with others I have tried. You can put the toothpaste on with a brush or finger. Mine prefer using my finger. You will not be disappointed, great improvement even after first use. Can't afford teeth cleaning this is the solution!

Terrible smell
By KatF on Jan 2, 2021
I don’t know why it says it is odorless - it has a very strong chemically smell. My cat took one whiff, made a grimace and ran away so fast! There is no way I could ever brush her teeth with this. I gave it to my brother and their dog doesn’t seem to mind. But I would never recommend this for cats

Oxyfresh gel
By Nickname on Dec 4, 2020
What I like most is that it’s for cats and dogs. It’s not colored so you don’t have to worry about run off, and they seem to not be bothered by taste. It doesn’t stink like the poultry or beef flavored pastes out there either. Give it a try!

Not a pleasant smell but cat doesn't seem to mind taste
By Catdaddy on Sep 14, 2020
Smells like medicine. I use this in conjunction with brushing. Cat had a case of gingivitis which cleared away in a week (not sure if it was the gel or brushing that helped clear it... maybe both). This gel does work wonders for wounds and heals them quickly on my cat. Also... it is expensive

Made 2 dogs sick
By Mary on Sep 16, 2020
I have used this product for a long time and bought several tubes from Chewy as the pandemic began. I opened a new tube a couple days ago, and two of my dogs threw up. I then tasted it myself and it tasted just like the chlorine in our pool. I am beyond furious.

Really eliminates dog breath!
By Debbie222 on Jul 19, 2020
I've tried them all (doggie tooth pastes, that is) and Oxyfresh is the ONLY one that does the best job of eliminating the dreaded stink-breath. Since my dogs are literally, in-my-face with their mugs much of the time, this stuff is worth it's weight in GOLD. I use it as the first layer on the toothbrush, which I press into the bristles and then I put a thin layer of regular-flavored dog tooth paste on top. Best way I've found to make it as palatable as possible. The dogs don't seem to mind a bit.

Dog hated the taste
By Micky on Jan 6, 2021
My dog hated the taste of this, won't get near it.

Cats hated this!
By JoAnn on Feb 20, 2020
I brush my two cats teeth daily & when I used this, they both freaked out. They are not a fan of brushing anyway but tolerate it well. My husb holds cats while I brush--I thought they were going to scratch him trying to get away from this stuff. Needless to say, I only used it once & threw it out.

Great Alternative To Brushing
By Oakley on Feb 9, 2020
My dog fights having his teeth brushed but doesn't seem to mind having this rubbed along his gums on both sides each night. I have a tiny spatula that I use, but a finger would work fine. This keeps my little poop-eater's breath fresh, and hopefully keeps his teeth from accumulating too much plaque.

Gel is easy to use
By Kari on Feb 27, 2020
It’s very easy to put on a finger toothbrush and spread on my dogs teeth. So far they are not used to it so it is a bit difficult to get them excepting of it. I’ll just keep trying
