Smaller than stated, broken upon arrival
The bowl I received was supposed to hold 4 cups of food but at max could hold 2. I also received it with a chip on the rim. However it is very cute and I do love the style, just wish it was bigger and not so delicate.
Beautiful dishes
I ordered two of these dishes in the large size because they matched the decor of my house. They are BEAUTIFUL dishes, heavy/sturdy and the large size was almost twice the size I was expecting. When the dishes arrived, however, one was broken in the bubble wrap. I sent an email to chewy and MAYBE 5 minutes later I got an email saying "Thanks for your order," and it showed the bowl @ $0.00. Chewy had immediately shipped me a new bowl, no questions asked! Amazing customer service!!!
Seeing manufacturing defects in bowl
After a few weeks & mostly hand washing between feedings, noticing multiple chips/rough spots along the outer rim edge of the bowl. I'm guessing that it's a glazing & firing manufacturing issue. Disappointed. Expected more from a Chewy Product.
for heavy weight lifters
I have a little dog (bichon) who was able to lift all the different dishes I tried for water. Even if the dish was bigger she still could pick it up and spill it all over and when empty she would take it into the living room. I picked this dish because it was heavier and there was no edge she could get her teeth on to drag. This has done the trick for us.
pretty bowl and great for raw feeding!
This bowl is so big and pretty! It’s wide and deep and great for raw feeding. It keeps everything inside including bone broth and no more messy meals! Can’t wait for more designs!
inaccurate size
First ordered the 8 cup and they were HUGE! So chewy was nice enough to refund and send me the 4 cups. However, sizing is not accurate size at all. The 4 cup fits 3 cups and that’s absolutely to the brim. Also, one of them came shattered which now looking back seems common
Smaller than it states
I ordered this for my puppy thinking a medium would be perfect since it states it hold 4 cups. Well I got it in the mail and was shocked by the size. The bowl itself is super cute and sturdy. However, the bowl only held 2 cups at the very most. It is very small and wasn't a good fit for my dog. It was a disappointment as I had been looking forward to getting this bowl. If you have a medium/large breed I recommend getting the larger bowl.
Small but pretty
The medium size holds 3 cups of water at the verrrry top (2c is more fair). One of my bowls arrived broken because the bubble wrap was defective, the other is a-okay! After a 3-minute conversation and ZERO hassle, customer service sent me out a replacement so no complaints here! The bowls feel like a good quality. The design is pretty, but as pictured, the gold is not metallic. You can barely tell when it’s sitting on the floor really but just FYI.

unsatisfactory quality control
we ordered two of these bowls to have a matching set for our pup but when we received them, the overall cream/white color was a different shade on each bowl. One was a brighter white and the other was a cream color. The gold and marble print also looks cheaper in person than online so wouldn't recommend. We're working with Chewy now on returning.
