PATPET P-collar 301 300M Remote Dog Training Collar

I recently purchased the PATPET P-collar training collar for my German Shepard mix dog. I have a large property that is very wooded. She had been trying to run off on several occasions as of late which worried me as there are hunters very close by. She is the type of dog that many would shoot first and ask questions later as she is very protective and can seem aggressive if you do not know her. My goal with the collar has been to get her to adhere to verbal commands without the use of the shock (I much prefer the vibration and or sound with shock ONLY as a last resort). This collar offers that option as well as the option to add an additional collar onto the same remote. The distance allowed with this collar is perfect for our needs and removes the need to put up fencing. Generally, she is VERY well behaved on a leash and does follow commands well, so she has the understanding of the commands already. I don't know if this collar would work for a dog who does not understand basic verbal commands, but given that she does, she responded very well to the vibration in conjunction with the verbal command. The collar is not excessively heavy like many I have seen and it is water resistant. This collar has been exactly what my dog needed to understand that she has boundaries that must be adhered to, and anyone in our family can use the control in order to give her the verbal command. We recently rescued an Australian Cattle Dog. Everyone literally told us we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into and Boy were they right! She is yappy, sassy, and stubborn but 2 days after the collar came in she’s been a changed girl. The barking has been at a minimum or nearly nothing at all. We haven’t had to use the electric feature on the collar too often either (only the first 2 days). By now she understands “no” means no or we use the beeper\vibrating option instead and she gets it right away. This is NOT a long term option when used the right way, it is merely a training tool.

We are so happy with our Patpet remote dog training collar. We have a small terrier mix puppy and it is working so great for us! It's only been a few days and already our puppy is learning not to jump up on everyone she meets! All we have to do is use the vibration and say down. She is getting the hang of it! We are also using it to keep her close to us in our unfenced yard. We use the vibraion and say come. She then comes running to us. Before the collar we would be chasing her all around to get her to come. We love that the collar gives you the option to use sound, vibration or zap. I would recommend this product to help train your dog!

We purchased this collar for our English Bulldog puppy. He is teething and bitting everything and everyone near him. Once we received the collar and started using it we quickly noticed a change in his behavior. Now after using it for a week he is much calmer and hasn’t snapped or bitten anyone or anything. We have only had to use the shock button a couple of time the beeping and vibrate work really well to get his attention. I would recommend this item for puppies and as a trainer aid.

We bought two different model collars. I feel that they both work well. I really see no difference between the two. Both have beep, vibrate, and shock modes. The vibrate has worked well with both dogs, which is nice because I don't want to shock them if I don't have to. The only thing I wish was different was just a simple off and on button. You just have to hold it down for 3 seconds to turn it off, so it's not a big deal.

1/5/21 We've had these training collars for almost two weeks. We couldn't be happier with them. We have one for each dog, to know which collar and remote goes to which dog we put white out on one set. The remotes are still on full battery. The remotes do go on stand by while not using but all you have to do is push any button and it comes right on, we quickly push the power button and good to go. I like this feature because it saves the batteries. The dogs have the collars on all day, are taken off at night, and shut off. We have just now had to replace the batteries in the collars. The beep is loud enough you can hear it from a distance so you know it went off, the dogs listen great to just 1/5/21 We've had these training collars for almost two weeks. This collar works excellent. It was very easy to set up, pair, and place on our poodle. I’ve been using another brand that didn’t even phase her. A low warning vibration on the Patpet has been enough thus far! She immediately responds. I’m so glad that we decided on this brand and look forward to less barking and more listening!

My dog has barked for years at anything and everything that comes near our house. We have tried different techniques to mitigate the amount she barks but nothing has worked. We decided to buy this collar after reading all the positive reviews and it has worked perfectly. The ability to choose whether you shock them, use vibration, or just sound is great. It allows you to have a variety of approaches to how you want to train your dog.

I bought this to help with my 9 month old puppy. It's great to be able to stop the unwanted behavior the second it starts instead of having to run across the yard, yelling. Its cut down on his chewing the kids' toys. As soon as he started picking up the toy, I would push the vibration button. He would immediately drop it and I'd reinforce using my voice. Now he only chews on his toys.

Great company that produced another great training collar. Have two different collars from this company and both are great devices. I'm utilizing this one on my small Papillon dog and she already is responding great to just the tone! I'm so excited to have these devices to assist with making my puppies respectful, trained, and obedient.
